The only thing we can say is that you should contact your supplier and ask them to forward the local shipping receipt to you. The weight will be there. If we are the one that handled the purchase for you, when the item reaches its destination, you can measure it with the measuring equipment in the office.

We have to admit that at the moment, we don't know your case. Imagine this, someone called you on phone and start talking that you did this you did that without giving you any information of having any transaction with you. The person cut the phone without any giving any information. Be sincere with yourself, how do you solve the issue?
Without giving any information like shipping id or order id just like Zeemane did, how can we check things out?

Moreover, it is very important to understand that our obligation is to send goods as soon as possible but there are things beyond our touch. First, understand that we are not the one driving the plane, the goods still have to go through customs clearance. If airline or custom failed to do their job due to one or two reasons, it causes a delay. The estimated time of delivery is if everything goes as plan. It is a 95% guarantee but the 5% is for unforeseen circumstances.

Without any identification like shipping id, order id, username, we do not know you or consider doing any transaction with you.

Thank you for your interest. At the moment, Lagos has been covered. No space available. Our suggest that you look into the offering of a door to door from Lagos to other cities. That is what is lacking now. The demand for a door to door delivery is high but the supplier is less. The only available option that offers such service is somehow expensive according to people that tried it. If you can find a way to make it work, it will pay off.

To our friends who mentioned that we calculate inaccurately weights, please understand that we calculate to the nearest 0.5kg. For example, if your item is 0.2kg, it will be considered as 0.5kg. If your item is 0.6kg, it will be considered as 1kg. 2.3kg is considered as 2.5kg and 2.6kg is consider as 3kg.

However, if you expect your item to be 2kg and you were charge 5kg, then you have the right to accuse us. However, before accusing us, make sure that you have cross-checked the weight during pickup. We have weight measuring equipment at our offices for you to cross-check things. If there is a difference in weight, report at the point of pickup. If you live in a different city/state, request our office to send the picture of weight to you when you receive pickup notification.

For our friends that complain that our prices are high compared to others, please understand that there is no way we can improve service without prices being affected. 2.) The hours it takes from time of purchase to the time of delivery depends on the item(s) you are buying, how many suppliers you are buying from, and whether the item is in stock or not. Assume that you are purchasing only an item, and then the supplier has it in stock, it will take between 5 to 8days to be in Nigeria.
Breaking it down, let's assume that you placed an order on Monday, your order will be processed on Tuesday, supplier ship out on Wednesday and shipping company deliver on Saturday to our China office. If you use Express shipping, it will be available for collection on Monday/Tuesday.

That is the average time it takes but note that the number of links/suppliers you are purchasing from, also the delivery time from supplier to our office plays a role on whether you will receive it on time or not.

3.) We do ship outside Lagos. There is additional shipping fee from Lagos office to your destination. The system can calculate that for you.

If you are referring to shipping charges, it is by kg. But for items in 1688, let's assume that you are purchasing an item on 1688 and the price is 250yuan, our system will convert the amount for you to dollar and you will pay the equivalent amount in naira including the service charge. Service charge is 5% but in a situation where the service charge exceeds $5, then you will only be charged $5. Note that the service charge is for each link.

Regarding your claims, please show us the picture that the item weight is 1kg instead of 2kg you were charged as you claimed. Besides, there is measurement tool in office that you can use to weigh your item before during pickup. If the item weight is less than what you were charged, our office wouldn't have given you the goods. They will contact China office immediately to cross-check the mistake. In a situation, you live in a different city and your item was delivered to you, you can still take the picture of your measurement and send to us.

As for your second claim, without your reference id, the picture of the items we send to you, it will be impossible for us to check things out. Please do the need needful and send email to us from your dashboard. Please include the necessary details so that it will be attended to as soon as possible.

Ok. I have sent the below message to u guys many times and you refuse to reply. I even called and you pretended not to understand. After paying for a microsoft surface RT charger since last year May, and you guys said it has been delivered while you did not send anything to me.

We are surprise to hear that this order has not been collected. According to the order you provide, it was order of last year and it was shipped to Nigeria on the 5th of July which should be available for collection on the 7th of July.

Giving us the details of how you were scammed will go a long way in solving your problem. What you said is like someone walking into Nairaland and drop a line like "NJpot is a scammer and a product of mistake", without any prove of doing business with you, without evening telling you the issue he/she has with you, etc. Do you think the person is Normal?
