To our friends who mentioned that we calculate inaccurately weights, please understand that we calculate to the nearest 0.5kg. For example, if your item is 0.2kg, it will be considered as 0.5kg. If your item is 0.6kg, it will be considered as 1kg. 2.3kg is considered as 2.5kg and 2.6kg is consider as 3kg. However, if you expect your item to be 2kg and you were charge 5kg, then you have the right to accuse us. However, before accusing us, make sure that you have cross-checked the weight during pickup. We have weight measuring equipment at our offices for you to cross-check things. If there is a difference in weight, report at the point of pickup. If you live in a different city/state, request our office to send the picture of weight to you when you receive pickup notification. For our friends that complain that our prices are high compared to others, please understand that there is no way we can improve service without prices being affected. You want to get an instant response, you want your order to be processed as soon as possible, you want everything to be near perfect and yet you want us to also offer the lowest price.
