When a product is sign, it doesn't mean that we know the owner. It means that we have receive it. On your case, we were able to know that it belongs to you because you mention the content on this thread and we have to run the database. The supplier wrote your first and last name but not your username. Please next time ask them to write your username and also when placing order, include the links.

There is an issue with your order. You purchased your item by yourself and in your order you didn't enter the link of the product. We don't do magic to know that the product belong to you. On many occassions, supplier don't write username on as the receiver of the product which makes it even more difficult. How can we know that a product belong to you if your supplier didn't write your username on the parcel or you didn't enter the link of the product in the order. It makes our job more difficult.

You mentioned that we confirmed that we confirm receiving of the product on 16th, please can you give us how you get the information? We no longer ship things from Nigeria to China because the receiving day cannot be guarantee. Sometimes it takes only two days while sometimes it might take up to a month.

Although China is not.in.the.list of the countries, when filling your.address enter our own address and when selecting country you can select NIGERIA but on the box where you should leave amessage to the supplier, Ask the supplier to ship it to the chinese address. Recently, updates doesn't come immediately due to the current issue we were trying to resolve from the back end and the issue has to do with the website and our email filter. For those visiting the website, you might have noticed that the site is somehow slow or might have come across "Error 28 From Storage Engine". This causes everything to be put on hold partially and sometimes makes things frustrating. Even the online chat wasn't working as it use to work before.

Please stop blaming anyone for the misunderstanding. Why should you be accusing us of giving you an excuse. Ask anyone here that has used our normal shipping before the estimate time of the delivery. Check the on link http://chrisvicmall.com/shipping-from-china-to-nigeria and tell us the estimate time you saw there for normal shipping. Besides, when you placed the order, you received an email immediately that informed you the estimate time you should be expecting the product. Does it mean that you didn't read the email?

We cannot change it to express shipping because your product is no longer in China. Sometimes the normal shipping won't be up to 14days before you receive your product. Sometimes it is 5-7days or 7-10days. It all depends on circumstances as of the time of shipping and clearance.
