It is not compulsory that you have to register with us but it is very very necessary. This is because we don't handle one customer's goods. By registering, you have your own unique name which means that your goods can easily be identify and update is also easier to manage. If you do not register, some updates won't be available and shipping of your goods might also be delayed because we might not know which shipping option you want to use.

If you are purchasing from Aliexpress, you have to enter the links of the products you want to purchase. If you are purchasing from alibaba, the links are not compulsory but it is necessary. If you want to handle the purchase by yourself while we handle only the shipping, then the link is compulsory but it is necessary. If you are purchasing from Alibaba, only the supplier's number and the amount we should pay is sufficient enough for us to work on your order.

As for the local shipping, pay it into our account and the agent will send it to you

Please check your order again. You placed order on 30th (2 orders). On one you said express and on another you said Normal shipping. If you check the order, you will notice that one for express was canceled. ( I don't know the reason for the cancellation.Elena or Duke can explain). But the normal shipping was sent. From the date of sending , you are suppose to receive it on Saturday last week. You will receive a sms or email today for collection.
Regarding over charging you, please check your deduction history. You were never over charged. When you were paying through paypal, the exchange rate is there and also the percentage deduction is there. Please cross check again

After I place order for just one kg goods n they for no reason had to divide and send it 2times, making me pay 1kg for each and after I stil discovered my good was not complete.
There were the one owning me yet they stil send me text that am owning then every morning for the past 1years but never bothered about my goods that was incomplete.

You might think that we are intentionally dividing but it wasn't what you think. If we fail to ship the item, when it is not complete, it is likely that you might also be hear saying that we delay. If we send the one we receive, you also will say that we did it intentionally. For your account to read that you are owing and you still receive the goods, it is either that Victor or Elena ask for the goods to be release to you, or that you paid that you made the payment but didn't fill the payment notification.

As for Ifeanyi "Opening his big mouth", you can simply close it for him by calling any of the pickup delivery companies in Lagos and cross check their prices and choose the one that you think is ok. Business is always open for negotiation.

Please I want to use this medium to advice customers of chrisvicmall to cross check the time differences between Nigeria and china, most of you that accused them for not answering your calls, you normally call them during ungodly hours, I think there's a time differences of almost 6 to 7 hours. When ever you want to call them, cross check the timing very well. Always call them during China working hours.

Although you selected express as the prefer shipping option, if you agree with me that in one of your orders you were notified that your parcel cannot be ship through express because of the battery. You can confirm it by logging into your order history. We might not have answered your calls if you have called before 3am Nigeria time or after 11a.m Nigeria time Monday through Saturday. Our working hour is 2a.m-11a.m Nigeria time. Your calls might also not be answer if you are calling on Sundays. When calling China, we highly recommend that you call ELENA (+8613472845181). During working hours, Elena has more chances of answering your call than Victor while Victor has more chances of replying your Whatsapp. Not that Elena won't reply your Whatsapp or Victor won't pick your calls but it has to due with the type of work each of them is doing.

Emails are replied 1hour-48hours except on holidays. Although we replied reply through Whatsapps, it is not our official means of communication. Good of you to call Ifeanyi criminal. If he has stick to the company's policy and refused to collect cash payment from the person you sent to pick your goods, he wouldn't have received this name from you. When your picker came for goods, he wants to pay in cash but ifeanyi said no, but your collector beg him to collect the cash because it will save him time which he accepted thereby ignoring the company policy.

We believe Ifeanyi will now prefer being called a heartless person if he has refuse collecting cash than being called a criminal for going against the company policy by collecting cash from your parcel collect. After you made the cash payment, you didn't fill the payment notification immediately which debt message being sent to you. When you notify Victor about it, he told you that he will look into it.
Issues like this are one of the many reasons we do not support cash payment. Your parcel collector gave you another customer's goods which was entrusted to him for delivery because your account has not been credited and you think he did the right thing, even going as far as calling Ifeanyi a criminal because he was trying to save your collector the time of going to the bank and coming back again. Like you were told, Nahco issue causes the whole delay. You were not being told different stories. You were only told that we are expecting the goods any day. You were told that NAHCO issue is the cause and since it is over, clearance won't be speedy because their issue stop clearance for almost three weeks and our goods are not the only goods at the place before they close down.

Chrisvicmall doesn't own NAHCO and we cannot tell them how to do their job. We would really appreciate if you can work down from your house to NAHCO office tomorrow and tell them to clear thing immediately. At least you won't only be doing us good, but also thousands of Nigerians who have been affected in one way or the other due to this issue.

The most important here is patience. You are not alone in it.
