AMI3:It is impossible to place an order for three weeks and it has not been processed. Please provide your order number here for everyone to see. If we are guilty as you mention, we will pay you for th day and if possible ship your item for free without charge. Also provide us the date you chat with us and we will go through our chat history. The only thing that can cause that to happen is if you have placed the order before making the payment first. When an order is place without payment, during office hour, the order will be moved and an email will be forwarded to the customer. When a withdrawal is withheld for the estimate payment time, then there is a reason for such delay. When a customer complain that we over charge him with the weight, our Nigeria office has measurement equipment which the customer can use to cross check the weight when the goods reach Nigeria. If it doesn't tally with what we charge him/her, then we will refund. We do not charge 4kg as 15kg and we won't mind if you can prove it that we have ever charge someone like that. kalimera101:We tried giving you quotation but notice one issue with your links. Some of the goods cost only 0.5- 1usd. The issue with this is that on most cases, the supplier won't ship. This is because the minimum shipping fee within China is $2 although on average it is $3-$4. Let's assume that you purchase the product that cost 1usd, the supplier will still charge you $3-$4 to ship the goods. To avoid this issue, try to purchase a product at least $5. Or you can increase the quantity of the ones you are purchasing. |

@Fogman, if your supplier send on Friday we cannot guarantee that we can receive it on Saturday. Ask your supplier to use SF-Express to send the goods so that the chances of receiving it on Saturday will increase but not 100% guarantee. If we receive on Saturday and send it on Saturday, you will receive a message for pickup on Monday. @ KingsleySanchez He purchase from 16+ sellers and as you know we do not deliver item unless the items in that order are complete. If we wait for items to be complete for shipping, we will start receiving complain that we are delaying. If we ship the one we received, we will start receiving complain like yours that we are doing it intentionally.
