The reason for handling only the payment is to help reduce the price you are paying. Most procurement companies will charge you 10% of your product fee or transaction fee which means if your total product fee is $100, you will be paying $10. Imagine when your product fee is $900, that means you will be paying $90. Meanwhile we make it so that you can only pay $10 even when your item is $900 or even $1000

You guys are not serious the rules of the transaction was clearly stated in the beginning. We have done this kind of business with the circuit Atlantic and likes here in Nigeria and it's not these difficult. Order and buy in my behalf online, how's that difficult. As long as the site is not aliexpress, we do need the supplier phone number and also the amount you agreed with the supplier. One of the reasons is because there has been cases where the supplier tell different amount and the buyer tell us different amount. On one occasion, the customer was angry because we paid the supplier additional $80 different from what he was agreed with the supplier. There are cases where the phone number on the site is different from the contact person phone number.

Moreover, the site you are purchasing from is not from aliexpress which means if we go ahead and make the payment and the supplier didn't send the product to us, we are not to be hold responsible. Our question is this, do you agree that we should go ahead and make payment and you will be responsible for the lost if the price we purchased is different from what you were expecting or the supplier didn't send the items to us? If you agree, just said so either on this thread or in email and we will proceed with the processing without any more questions

Sorry for the inconvenience. You will receive a pickup call today. The truth is that your product was send 9days before Bizman's product was sent. We experience delay in clearance in your batch but in Bizman's batch, there wasn't delay in clearance.

What we are trying to say is that in importation, sometimes there might be delay in clearance but it doesn't always happen. We will keep trying to send goods from China as soon as possible which is within our reach but during clearance, there might be delay which is not within our reach but it doesn't happen all the time. You can verify from any clearance agent you know. Any agent that say he/she hasn't experience delay before also hasn't clear any goods before.

In as much as you might seem to be disappointment, please understand that it is not our goal to delay your product delivery. One question pls; after this, will someone have to pay $10 for service charge after paying $20 for express shipping Dat means if you help me buy a good of 1kg, I will pay usd 10 for purchase fee another us 10 for service charge and then usd 20 for shipping. Why not reduce your exchange rate? because its not funny. see i got your explanation about bank charges flops etc. but you see people run business and have to ship their goods to nigeria via cheaper means aiming for profit.

That is, if a customer wants to use normal shipping and his or her product contains no battery, we will send it separate which means that the customer is sure of receiving the product between 7-10days and if there is any delay, the customer is sure that it won't be more than 14days.

But once purchase Is done, getting your product now leaves you in the lurch as to what is going on or how things are faring. When we started this business, our goal is to provide an affordable shipping rate as low as possible despite the difficulties. Customers like Kashif, Ujawissy, etc, your products are already in Nigeria for some time now. The question is, if it is in NIgeria, why haven't you receive it. Here is a breakdown;

When we said normal shipping takes 10-14days, we should say it is 99% true. The truth is that it takes between 5-7days for the product to reach Nigeria and another 2-3days for clearance. Our agent will go to the forwarder port to pick the goods and each time we have to spend between 15-30k for transporting the goods from the port to Alaba depending on the weight of the product not including police and area boys harassment fee. But if the forwarder brings it to Alaba, the charges will be avoided.

When we started this business, we used to pick by ourselves and pay the charges and everything seems to be between 10-14days. But spending 90k and above each month in transportation is not proper. In other to cut expenses, we allow the forwarder to transport the goods to Alaba but that means sometimes it will be 14-18days.

Now, we are thinking of doing it by ourselves the way we used to do it before but this means that we have to increase the shipping fee which means all normal shipping should be $13 per kg for normal shipping, $10 if your product is above 10kg, $8 if it is above 50kg, and $7.5 if it is above 100kg.
Also for customers that purchase product that contains battery, we are considering 5-7days delivery service but the price will be $20 per kg.

Another option we have regarding the normal shipping is to inform customers that the product takes 14-18days which means we are 99% sure that the product will be available before that time.

You are quick to call names but you failed to provide the tracking number we asked for. Check your order history and tell us exactly where you provide the tracking number of each of the products you ordered for. You said that you have done that a million times but please check your email history again and tell us exactly where you provided the tracking numbers.

We receive different products each day, sometimes there won't be any name on it, there is no way we can prove if it is yours or not.
