You should give it a trial if u have AL. The thing is that about the same thing happened last year before the opened up the email method. I believe d are as well manually controlling it to avoid a situation where by Late July or so, appointment dates are already booked out.

I don’t think there are as much people who have applied to schools and are expecting Admission letter than there are available dates given by the embassy. People are booking this thing anyhow. It can be an Agency or Agencies for all you know or different individuals because if you take a look at Ghana for example, you can check now and get an interview for tomorrow morning.
The embassy is also releasing their dates daily
And they have as much prospective students from Ghana as you have from Nigeria
So why’s theirs different?

1. Which of the states gives 2 years straight visa with the initial 8640 euro?

U can still do without the FSLC, but try and get it or testimonial. Some couple of people did without that, but I will advise you to be confident and pretend u have it when Paulinus request for it, ur Vo certainly won't have problem with u.
Please go to ur primary school and see what d help u with, even if it means paying for urgent testimonial or sth.
U are advised to do Affidavit deposed by a head of ur family. The embassy says NPC certificate is for those born after December 92.
Just be on the safe side by doing what is needful.
That NPC 1990 certificate can serve as old bio id.
