Lol. Bro,I don't mean to be rude but the truth is that,it's only an illiterate that would talk the way you've just spoken. If you have nothing worthwhile to contribute to meaningful topics,it's not a crime if you remain silent and read other comments so you can learn and improve your mental faculty.

Let me just give you simple straightforward answers to your questions.

The high returns on investment,has nothing to do with the fall of the naira against the dollar. The naira is falling against the dollar,due to restrictions placed by the CBN int the buying and selling of forex. Currently,there's a high demand for the dollar and the CBN has restricted sales to the interbank market. Banks are being offered the dollars at a 10 kobo margin,which the banks have refused and as such,has caused a kind of artificial scarcity. Going with the law of demand and supply,it means the excess demand of the dollar,as against the limited supply of the dollar,would therefore reduce the value of the naira,as more naira would have to be exchanged for the few available dollars in the market. The CBN's decision to restrict the dollar sales,is aimed at protecting our foreign reserves from depleting further cos of the continual drop in oil prices and the steady decline in the excess crude account. Nigeria imports more than we export and since the dollar is the major international currency at which most commodities are valued,it then means that whatever we need to import,we have to "buy" the dollar(forex) to finance such transactions. Take for example,we want to import petroleum products or you want to import cars from the US,you have to buy the dollar to finance such transaction. Moreso,we're approaching an election year where most politicians would be justling for hard currencies to finance some of their "operations". At a period like this,the demand for the dollar usually rises and the value of the naira weakens. As a matter of fact,it should be way lower than this if not for the fact that the CBN from time to time,uses part of the foreign reserves,to stabilize the naira. The minister for trade is simply saying that Nigeria offers a very high rate of ROI(return on investment),to anybody who's interested in coming to do business here and that is very true. If you're in doubt,ask MTN and DSTV. The part where you talked about "how much of the 36% of ROI is being looted,is very embarrassing. It shows you don't even have an idea of what you're talking about.

Sometimes,I wonder how you guys reason. You're busy calling people "fools" but in the real sense,you're the one who should be addressed with such a title. How do you want the govt to spend money on these kind of modern rail system right now? When you know how bad Nigerians are in maintaining anything that belongs to govt. A system that has been totally dead,needs to be slowly and steadily revived or else,it would just become a monumental waste. Look at the Abuja national statdium that was built with 38 billion naira,can you honestly tell yourself that we have done justice to that kind of national investment? A baby has to crawl before walking and then running.

The quality of the graduates shouldn't be placed on GEJ's shoulders. One thing is to create an environment for people to learn and the other is to actually have people who are willing to learn properly. People who can't pass jamb and ssce without using expo,obviously won't come out of university with good grades. The president won't read for them,or force them to read. Blame that on the society and failure of parents to teach their kids,what is right.

i hate to see the bolded as an achievement seriously, what's the quality of the school and graduates coming from these schools. Can you call them world class. You building blocks in the name of universities when there are so much internal problems in the educational system. How many of our universities appear in the list of best ten in Africa. Stop being a mediocre . This govt has failed just as others.

If this is true and it is confirmed that Idris Deby is funding and supporting boko haram with weapons,I'd expect the NAF to start dropping some payloads in Chad any moment from now. This is totally unacceptable.

The way some guys reason and behave sometimes,is kinda appalling. How do you have unprotected sex with someone you have broken up with,and already know you don't wanna get married to? Where were you expecting the seimen you poured into her,to go to? Why do you guys like flooding the society with single mums and kids without fathers? Some of the criminals in our society today,are offsprings from such kinda relationships. At the end of the day,you want to render the girl useless in the "marriage market" and also produce a child you'd probably not be there for;why? Is it so hard to discipline your manhood and control your sexual urges?

I don't mean to sound like a perfect person but I'd state this. It's been 14 yrs since I made a promise to myself never to have a child outside wedlock and despite all the temptations and disappointments,I've stayed true to it. The day I make a mistake of breaking it,whether or not I love the lady in question,I'd have no option than to take responsibilty for the pregnancy and marry her. You can't just wake up and mess other people's lives up and move on like it's nothing. Do what you want others to do to you;tomorrow,you'd have kids also.

This is what I have been talking about for a long time. The problem of Nigeria,is her citizens. If the citizens from which the leaders would be selected from,are corrupt,then we shouldn't expect to have honest leaders. Our leaders are not imported;they come from amongst us. In my line of business,I get to deal with lots of agents regularly and I can tell you that most of them are thieves. They prefer cutting corners instead of doing the right thing.

How funny it is that we complain of curruption everyday by our leaders but we our selves hate changes that will affect our own currupt practices. I have always said it that our leaders are also a fraction and a reflection of the general public. When a school principal always ensures that there is no exam malpractices in his school we term him wicked. Few students enroll for WAEC/NECO etc in such schools. When we have any oppotunity to manage any govt facility, we dont care about their maintenance, some ppl will even loot them away. A lecturer who takes his lecture very seriously and also ensures that only hardworking students get good marks is also termed wicked. My point....we should all encourage positive changes anywhere we are as everybody(not only the govt) has his or her own part in the development of our nation.

Islam! The religion that made me not get married to my fiancee;would never forget that. Boko haram wasn't even as bad as it is now,when I made that decision. I was able to look beyond that moment and see what lies ahead. That she loved me,wasn't enough for me to put my life at risk. I couldn't wrap my head around the senseless killings all over the world,I couldn't imagine what they were being taught in the mosque.

One fact is this: there are good peaceful and non-violent muslims. But when you look at the terrible attrocities islam has caused worldwide,it becomes difficult to agree that islam is a religion of peace. Everywhere where you see terrorism/terrorist acts carried out,it's usually done with the mindset that they(terrorist), are doing what true muslims should do. Question is;why?
