Is that the only thing the so called minister thinks he can do for Nigerian youths? I just see this purely as lack of vision and foresight. A friend of mine who is serving in one of d so called govt organisations tells me how he sleeps all day in office where he is serving. Is that how the minister want the Nigerian youths to develope?
