Hey thanks for the advice, I later drove the system the icons are ok now. But my mouse isn't still working after that.
Current problem I'm experiencing now, all my apps are saying "This application was unable to start correctly (0xc000005)" all my applications are showing the message one by one

Hello guys I took my laptop to a shop to upgrade it from Windows 8 to 10, during the upgrade we noticed the mouse pad wasn't working again, later when we were done, it'll work then later it won't work. Now it's not working at all. How can I make my mouse to work again.

Also the guy drove the system buy said I'll need to drive the graphics myself, how do I do that. All the icons are big . The display looks funny

Also the laptop was way faster on window 8 now it's Kinda slow

Was it tripping off with the first battery when you unplug from power source? If No then the battery is faulty. You may have to look for original battery for the laptop.

no it wasn't tripping off with the first one,

Simply take your laptop to where you purchase the battery from. It shows you've got bad battery from your narration.

Take your laptop along when going to replace it and monitor how the new one charges.

When fully charged, try to increase the brightness of the screen and play any movie with highest volume.

Watch per minutes the way the battery get depleted.

so I went back to where I bought it to change it, when I got home I plugged it it was charging this time but once they take light it will off, even if it's fully charged and it won't on if not plugged in

Windows O.S comes in various languages,the one your uncle installed was German,not unexpected since he resided there. You need a windows O.S in English language.
It seems your friend has help you with that. What version of Windows 10 did he install for you? Early windows 10 releases have many problems.
I can help you install the latest update, restore all drivers, permanently activate and install important software too like Ms office,Corel draw, Photoshop etc.

Its win 10 pro how about the tripping off?

Concerning the freezing and video cracking,I'll advise you to replace or increase your RAM.

A Mexican governor and her senator husband died in a helicopter crash in the centre of the country on Monday.

Martha Erika Alonso, a senior opposition figure and new governor of the central state of Puebla, died with Rafael Moreno, a senator and the former governor of the same state, when their helicopter came down not far from the state capital of Puebla city.

An electoral tribunal had to validate the results months after the vote amid accusations of fraud.

Moreno was governor of Puebla between 2011 and 2017 and headed the PAN in the Senate. A number of Mexican politicians have died in aircraft accidents in the past few years, including federal interior ministers in 2008 and 2011. The latter two were also members of the PAN.
