Forget this guy! clearly he is smoking smuggled weed that stayed long at the border. Even though court case could be a threat and give some semblance to a possible cancellation, this guy is clearly one of those “aggrieved” applicants! The GMD himself has said “the corporation will soon close out on recruitment..” the action phrase is “SOON CLOSE OUT”. He didnt even say we will soon bring in new staff staff meaning he was referring to a process that has already started...the process i know is the one that produced 9000 candidates that were interviewed early July after CBT and initial shortlisting.

The whole process is canceled and will be open for new recruitment by next year with same process from stage 1 and if you are still waiting for APL as Christmas gift my friends forget about it or hold till next year for new recruitment

It's almost as if people want others to cook up stories just to make them feel good about this APL. This place has made me seen how
incredibly desperate humans can become. Some are already talking of pension and accounts to maintain as if they are already working in nnpc. it's crazy I swear. Assuming APL comes of today how are you certain you will even get it. The Dpr recruitment page after months of following up only about 2 or 3 people got d APL on nairaland at d end. The rest nobody knows where dpr sent it. Seriously, you guys need to care about your mental health, stop day dreaming about the vacations and the fat salaries you will be getting. If APL doesn't come at all which is 85% possible and also the 90% chance if it comes out not more than 2 or 3 will get it here, you will sink into a whole that will be difficult for u to come out. I feel bad the country make people get this way even after years of schooling. Also, it's because Nigerian youth do not want to get their hands dirty. There are so many opportunities in Nigeria that are untapped but the Nigerian wants clean fingers. Charcoal briquette production is easy to start and relatively a virgin in Nigeria. If yall continue like this many of you will lose it b4 the so called APL that's if there is any APL at all.

Take this with every inch of unseriousness, and every bit of it as an ordinary speculation like every other one we've heard in the past, theres been a dude (presently running his masters in the u.k) i update on whatsapp from time to time as touching the recruitment based on the info i get here on nairaland (dude came home for the interview, like some people are not nice o, imagine them coming to naija to come compete for jobs wey never reach ) he claims to know top management guys who he claims has been silent for a while, tonight he said , court case will be resolved this week (I'm sure u can imagine what my response was #lol), apl sent by month end, training starts january...however since this isn't a verified source, its cool to read it like every other ones we've read here and pass. Ola.

The main thing is to know your status. Let them release the APL first. They can decide resumption date or bring it to an early date.

Should resumption be January, then there maybe no one month because of the three weeks Orientation / documentation. Except maybe the onboarding process will be shortened to one week.

APL will surely drop this month according to my source. Guys let us relax this recruitment will end soon(this month).

Even the court rules in favour of NNPC, nnpc wont still release the list..if it was ready ehn, they wouldnt have been bothered with the court wahala in the first place. Dem jst dey find excuse

Happy Sunday Local men and women, Pls does anyone know what to expect from PWC assessment for (Aptitude and Technical)...it wasnt stated in the mail it would be Gmat, Dragnet or Shl.

The Assessment is for Monday oo(Audit Associate) for their energy business unit. As NNPC dey do yanga so, make this one just pure for me abeg.

Everything you have stated here is completely wrong though. You are not a lawyer so I will advice you to stop listing your imaginations as a statement of fact. It's one thing to be hopeful, which is good and it's another thing entirely to be dreaming. They might end up releasing APLs but everything you have stated here is simply a figment of your imagination and its a billions miles away from the true position of court proceedings

How does this sound? To hear again that it's coming from nnpc after asking for refund of mistakenly sent tfare last week (provided this is true though). Lawyer Filed counter October 15th since march, counter still not yet regularised by the him. e.t.c. NNPC has a lot of sitting up to do. All these things dey fall my hand.

The truth is, they did not make it to the interview stage. Otherwise no right thinking human being would want the recruitment to be cancelled after passing thru the stress of uploading passport, cbt and interview.

Our APL may be delayed, but I don't see any significant impact this Will have on the recruitment exercise
