Wow...Happy to know its APL week by God's grace. Its not been easy really. What God has planned for us cannot be stopped. It cannot but happen |
MI6:Yes bro. I guess he is either a contract staff or didnt pass test but why will a human degenerate so low. We need to regulate this thread. #HappyAPLWeek |
fortunelink1:Try sth else bro. Its clear your information is false. For your information, the APLs will drop this week. You succeeded in deceiving your own self only. Thanks |
muhamm3d:The posts i read from you are usually negative and misleading. Every reasonable person here knows that there is life beyond NNPC. Stop talking to us like King Solomon which you are billion miles away from. We are not kids here bro. Your advice is meant for your urself, family members and kids. Kindly redirect. Thanks bro |
I dont think it is neceassary to post unverified information here knowing the sensitivity and expectations of people here. Some are weak while others are stronger but most times the majority are weak and need constant encouragement. If this was officially announced in the news, i would not have bothered. I advise everyone to remain strong, joyful and expectant . I have a lot of reasons to believe Napolitano's statements. If the GMD gave his word yesterday and also at the town hall meeting, he must have been aware of the court case all the while and still went ahead making the case raised irrelevant currently and without solidity. God has answered our prayers. It shall not tarry.Amen |
7 Official days left in November. May the Lord perfect our APL hopes within these days without further delays. I pray my good feeling materializes. Everything shall be beautiful at His time. |
cocococo:Too hasty to conclude. APL can very much drop this year. Resumption is most likely next year with the look of things. Minister of Petroleum is back. He should approve it and we should see the notifications soon hopefully. The court case has not been in the news for a while now. I wonder what else could be hindering its closure |
GeniusOla:Bro..i like the way u dropped this info....no be people way go carry source for head. It seems to align with wat someone said earlier and my thoughts..Lets watch and see sha |
Chukeg:Lols...The source wants the guy to leave him/her alone till may 2020. Its not everything they tell people that they should come and post here vehemently as if their source is GMD. Its clearly unreasonable and without any foundation |
bereanway:Ofcourse..dat's basic |
Chukeg:Same here. With the christmas period and new year celebration, the resumption/orientation may just be moved to January. Lets see how it plays out eventually |
Chukeg:I really don't know the procedure followed in the last 2012 recruitment. Cos it may mean experienced hires may have to resign without notice and pay off because of the three weeks orientation. Can a week be enough for the above 1000 people to be recruited? |
Mlayidi:Amen....I hope so..It make sense for it to drop by month end or early december o...so resumption can be january proper. Experienced hires can have a month to resign and earn their year end bonuses. In my own estimation, I don't expect the GMD's "we will soon close out" to mean next year. It can be anytime from now. If not he should not have brought it up publicly and arouse unnecessary expectations among staff and the public. God strengthen us till then |
DarkShades:As in eee...That guys comment was so unnecessary. People are trying to keep hope alive. The phase after interview is usually sometimes protracted. If it had gone beyond december without apls dropping, then i can try to understand his objectivity. The statement makes no sense to me currently and is not intelligent emotional-wise. People have decisions to make and are hoping it shows anytime and someone who claims not to be interested comes around to tell us about his objectivity as if anyone asked for it. Its worrisome really |
abiodunoyin2021:Amen bro. Will sacrifice sometime talking to the Most High that sits in the Highest court to control things in the High court tomorrow. #WatchandPrayGuys |
RealisticJ:Anytime bro. U welcome |
javan1502:Wow. Co-incidence. I do hope so with you oo. It should work out by His grace. Happy Birthday in advance in laughter and joy. U welcome |
javan1502:Previous popular sources (cavalier and panalyst) have stated that the list is ready and all that is left is go-ahead to release it prior to the court case issue. If they decide to still delay it after the court rules in their favour, then it would be irrational and insensitive cos its over 3 and half months now and it ought to be ready. But i am hopeful though. We can only keep up with our current engagements while we watch and pray and let God have his way. Anything is possible. |
RealisticJ:I have resent bro. Hope its downloadable now |
RealisticJ:No wahala bro. Will share now so you can go through it asap. Success bro |
RealisticJ:Hello RealisticJ. You can send me a pm and i will reply with a material someone gave me recently |
muhamm3d:You have not said anything actually. Only time will tell bro. The APLs will be released at the appropriate time. |
Napolitano2012:Its either all our news agencies do not understand the meaning of status quo or the courts are not clear and need to properly define what they mean when they say status quo should be maintained to avoid ambiguity and misdirection of the ruling and the populace. Maintaining status quo literally means a continuation of state of things till further hearing. It somewhat wants to connote a stoppage which can be miscontrued. From the link above the IGP is claiming that he was not served any court order and the reason for the release of the list. The police did not even respond to the case at all and proceeded to release the list unlike NNPC that responded after 7 months and wants to toe the path of law or else they should have just released it without responding. Our minister of petroleum has an unquenchable desire to disobey court orders and persons in his government can try to adopt that methodology. Whatever the case, there was no reported case of gross irregularity that should mar the NNPC recruitment publicly unlike other agencies that carried out secret recruitments. The issue of age should be trivial as NNPC has successfully adopted similar age criteria in past recruitments. The court can only rule for change of age for future recruitments and the ruling cannot affect the current one as it was not marred by stated irregularities coupled with investments put into it. By God's grace, in less than 66 hours, the outcome of the court case would have been determined successfully and we can then look forward to our apls. I doubt that they would want to release the list just like that or else they would not have responded to the court case in the first place but anything can happen sha since law and order can be thrown out of the window in this government. #WatchandPray |
GeniusOla:They are really being docile and slow about the process. In the police recruitment, the PRO gave updates on their handle and even went ahead to calm the nerves of applicants as to the delay. NNPC's phone lines and emails have not been going through for over three(3) months now. Its really surprising they have not said a word to the public since the interview which is highly unreasonable to me. I was really wowed at the start of the process sha. I initially took it with a pinch of salt. Next week will decide a lot sha |
olusholag1:Experienced hires ought to give a month notice for resignation after apl release before induction starts which should take three weeks. Except if they dont permit them. They may also want to shorten the induction to two weeks. Worst case is that the notifications come in anytime this year while the induction is moved to next year. I see no reason why they should not go ahead and release apl if status quo is being maintained. The real delay to me is coming from them. The lawyer filed his suit since april and NNPC filed their counter on the 15th of October and their lawyer said he was sick and did not even regularise his counter before the court prompting adjournment. Lets watch and see sha.29th is almost here |
I personally think the apl should be out upper/next week irrespective of the outcome of the court case. Going by previous information here (ifylanks), the induction has been scheduled for this year and ought to take three weeks. People ought to resign and give a month notice by early november. I also think the induction should be concluded by 20th Dec as the following week should be for the christmas hol. I doubt if the induction will start 12th Dec cos that would mean that the christmas hols would be used in the process but just thinking sha |
"The court in considering the urgent nature of the matter granted an adjournment for the respondents to regularise their counter." The consideration of the urgency got me thinking. By Gods grace, they finalise asap on that day without further adjournments |
Chukeg:I really wonder at their level of joblessness and heartlessness. They are like ravaging wolves who have chosen to remain in the gutters. They ignorantly reveal their true natures, conjuring nonsense from their ill-constructed brains. I m really sick of such people. We dont need to be prophets to see the doom that awaits their future. I really pray the light dawns on them. There are many ways to the promised land as God wills. Not everyone will get the apl and life will continue. I wonder why they think this job is everything #SayNo2Negativity |
People should pray or at least have faith instead of writing negative things upandan. A lot of fake applicants here and people who are easily tossed around. 29th will come and God will have his way. |
