Actually, is good to be honest. One guy i sold my domain in namepros from US tried. After sending the money through paypal to an exchanger here, i push the domain to him. Unfortunately, the exchanger had a problem with his account and could not credit my account in naira.
What the exchanger did was to refund the money back to the buyer of my domain, immediately the guy received the money, he sent the money to me again thru another exchanger. Though he appreciated that i sent the domain to him without receiving the money yet.
That is way to build trust and show them Nigerians are honest to deal with afterall.

Unfortunate boy that comes from unfortunate country, Imagine police chasing him away and passerby avoiding him at that critical moment, which you shud not blame them

punishable with 2 years imprisonment or a fine of 200,000.

fine of 200,000.
* Since all preaching must be done within a building, it
means public evangelism will be criminalized. Those who
preach early morning, known by some as morning cry and
preaching inside bus if arrested will be fined N200,000.
* This could also means, people will not be allowed to go
out for evangelism on streets or move with vehicles with
address systems to advertise their programs.
