There is.... just that the light has not reached every single household because it's still being tested and at the same time, they are trying to connect it. In due time, every household will get electrified 26 Likes |
Politics / Re: Imo State $4.2 Billion Gas Plant Set For Commissioning by chuksville(m): 11:12am On Mar 01 |
They, (APC) allowed it because it didn't come from government coffers. Multinational companies put all these together. It will be difficult for this government to cough out such hefty amount of money for that project. They'll rather use it to execute fruitless objectives. Abagworo: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Mister, Whether you believe it or not, the world is bedeviled with evil, wicked people, especially in high places. Nigeria's political sphere is bedeviled with people who do not care if you exist or not, likewise other nations of the world. The plan on how to win the next election by hook or crook (APC). Nothing concerns them (APC) with growing the economy. Every little comment online you people will mention Obi. Mind you mister, it's not just about Obi, (after all I supported Obasanjo, I supported Yaradua, I supported Atiku and so on, I don't do tribe) it's about people with integrity, empathy, accountability Etc. The world revolves around each and everyone of us, therefore, Live in it well! DevilsEqual: |

Great, but the question is, will it be well utilized by Hope Uzodinma? Anything that is of APC looks like anti-success to me. APC is allergic to success and progress. The only thing APC is good at is preparing for the next election. 12 Likes 1 Share |

They'll keep confessing, because there's no peace for the wicked. But it's too late for the confession cos the deed has already been done. We are now suffering from their wickedness. But it's not over until it's over. 2 Likes |

Romance / Re: Why Can't We Have Same Climate Throughout? by chuksville(m): 9:15am On Mar 01 |
My dear, I've been thinking about the same thing every now and then, but then I remembered that we Africans are believed to be the descendants of Ham, one of the sons of Noah. The one who saw his father's unclothedness and refused to cover it when he was drunk, instead he made a mockery of the situation. He was cursed by his father Noah who later discovered what his second son Ham did. Noah placed a curse on Ham that he will be a servant to his brothers. And by history we are said to be the descendants of Ham. That's why Africa is the way it is. We will continue to be second fiddle to the Western world whether we like it or not. Even if we discover any natural resources in Africa, the Western world would be the ones to harness it and use it to develop their country while we watch or even be subservient to them to achieve their goals. They can only give us crumbs after the main thing has been taken. It'll always be like that. Our ancestors caused it, its not our fault. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Properties / Re: See The House I Built For My Age Parents. by chuksville(m): 10:57am On Dec 22, 2023 |
You are the real son of his parents. Most people don't care for their parents at all; two in one individuals that did not abandon you whether good or bad. They abandon their parents in the village in miserable conditions, while they are in the city spending big on girls or even gifting money to their friends. You don't know that any time you send money or gifts items to your parents they'll hardly get sick because of that singular act? And they will bless you and more years and success will be added to your existence. 154 Likes 16 Shares |

Nairaland / General / Why Do Some Mechanics Do These? by chuksville(m): 9:19pm On Aug 06, 2023 |
A mechanic told his oga (customer) that his car will not be ready for use until Monday, that he should just manage. Not in the habit of missing church services, Oga decided to hire a car that conveyed him and his family members to church. At the church, after like 2 hours duration, service was about to dismiss, oga came outside with his phone to call a taxi that will take his family back home, then he turned and suddenly saw his costly automobile parked amongst the cars at the church premises. He inquired and found out that his mechanic has used his car to carry all his family members to church; the same mechanic that said the car will not be ready until Monday! 😂😂😂 What will you do if you were to be the oga? |
