China opposes any act of inciting war and has taken a responsible attitude from the very beginning to persuade all parties not to escalate tensions and incite war, a foreign ministry spokesperson said on Thursday.

Spokesperson Hua Chunying made the remarks at a daily news conference in response to queries on the Ukraine issue.

She said that the United States had sent at least 1.5 billion dollars’ worth of more than 1,000 tonnes of weapons and ammunition to Ukraine.

“At that time, if all the parties had promoted peace talks, reviewed the historical context of the Ukraine issue, respected, and accommodated each other’s security concerns, and resolved the issue in a reasonable, proper way for a soft landing of the situation, what would be happening now?” Hua asked.

The culprit of the tensions should now consider how to put out the fire as soon as possible with concrete actions, instead of blaming others, she said.

Former heavyweight boxing champion Vitali Klitschko, who’s now the Mayor of Kyiv, spoke to the BBC Radio 4's World at One earlier.

He says people were shocked to hear explosions in the city and is appealing for unity from the West to help Ukraine.

Well for me, I only read comments and pass while being hopeful APL will drop soon.

But still I can't relate while my source keep saying TIMING... Spoke at length with her over the weekend...

She somewhat agrees to most info here but still says there's confusion on Timing. Timing from when both GT & EH would start, get trained and be ready to take up available positions.
Timing between when the Refineries would be ready from the planned maintenance. Confused decision if some redundant staffs now are to proceed to take up available positions or remain stale while new intakes retain their advertised positions. And so on...

In all, let's all be hopeful... I'm not bothered, I just know sooner or later APL will drop. Anytime it drops I will be ready... It will end in praise

Just looking at the difficulty of collating interview scores, ranking them by state of origin and LGA, seperating candidates into different panels and now collecting candidates account info from Block D(multiple panels). Sieving through lots of paper to find candidates that were successful and pay them(or not pay them).

Js picturing the practicality of it, its a lot of work and it is very unlikely that payment is related to interview performance. They could have easily asked for your account number after the interview or the panel secretary could have collected that info b4 the interview, or NNPC could av asked to fill that info online, at least it would be easier to link candidate's performance to their account numbers that way. Nobody likes stress plus this is a government company, even if its a private company, this kind of stress is unnecessary.

I see some local men complaining that they got alert, lmao. Someone was saying he doesn't know whether to be happy or sad that he has gotten alert ... Please I'm happy to receive alerts on behalf of anyone that doesn't want it. Gracias.

And before you ask, I'm a non alertee, July 9th 7am. I hereby call for all theories to be disbanded henceforth and we focus solely on when APL drops.

I'm a testimony to that... There were many positions and all positions must be filled regardless of scores, Aggregate scores, FCC, Allocations etc..

They were invited because of their job experience and expertise. How can you disqualify someone who scored 50 in CBT but has 9 years of solid experience in the oil sector?

To collate the interview scores is necessary. But Al vacancies must be filled. If the pe4son with the highest score for a position such as supervisor audit isn't among the top 10 in the 36 states... Are you going to keep the position vacant?


No! You will employ the person who had the highest score for that position. The person may not even be among the top 20 in his state but has the highest score for that position ..

Hope you guys get the drift... This will mostly apply for EH positions and some GT positions that were less competitive.
