My younger brother is October 28th because we wanted to do the NSE so we were getting ready hence the late Application...not knowing that NSE was nonexistent.

He has December 13 to respond to the email from his school on his Study Permit Application.
And they just started his ELIGIBILITY REVIEW on Wednesday evening.

Although my daughter did upfront medicals and it was updated to pass on the 4th of November.
Am believing God that the coming week will favor her application, the mercy and grace of God will locate it and it will end in praise..
The school has given us up till 15th of December to indicate if she is joining them by January.

Secondly, there are so many October applicants in similar shoe as you. I am one of them. Oct 4th applicant. No response up till now.

Used my maternal aunt as my sponsor.
Reason for refusal from my note:
the VO was not convinced that my maternal aunt is related to me as we do not bear the same surname, even after showing pictures of me and her from years back.
Personal assets and financial status.
second application
Submitted on 18th June 2022
Approved on 4th October 2022
I applied as self sponsored.
The documents I included are:
an investment certificate,
a lease agreement
my bank job,
my poultry farm pictures,
my wife’s registered business (makeup artist).
Gift Deed of land and cash from my Dad.
Am going to Okanagan college kelowna campus,British Columbia.
I will be leaving last week of December via Ethiopian airlines.

My special appreciation goes to God Almighty for making this possible.
To all those that helped directly or indirectly I say thank you all.

Did you also send webforms?

My brother's school needs his Study Permit Application Status latest December 13th or his admission will be forfeited or deferred to September 2023 but that decision is solely dependent on them.

Please assist.

His school is already sending a link for us to update Study Permit Application Status before 13th December, 2022.

I got this response this morning after sending an email concerning my brother's application, while using his email address.

I guess it is a generic response or does it mean anything? This is my third email to them...sent the first email on 24th Nov, the second on 28th Nov and this morning.

There's no solid way to expedite his application. It's just luck. You can try ordering his gcms notes, but it's still luck. Some people have not seen any progress even after ordering gcms notes.

My brother got admission for Winter 2023 and he has paid his Tuition fees deposit of $5,000.

He did his upfront medicals on October 24th and applied on 28th for the first time, did Biometrics on 31st and it was updated that same 31st October.

We wanted to follow the NSE option but we didn't see such option while submitting his application.

Is there a way to get attention to his application to enable us get a response before January, 2023?
