Yusuf, good to know you have wisdom to have quickly come out to tell the true state of things. I was shock to read this. Kano state can pay more than 30k. Ganduje is a failure already. To know that is like I'm the only old person that campaigned for Sowore aside his parent is a big shame and disappointment. I thought he had integrity which is why I made his paper number one read every morning. Let's see how it will end with him, but for now I'm reserve my comment on Sowore.
Kano can afford more than 30k, Yesuf, take your destiny in your hands and let the Kano civil servants know you can and will pay. Go out now and let the workers know that Kwankwaso did not say that and that sahara reporter who is now supporting APC is lying. Salvage your state and your winning now before is too late. Shikena.
Ebullience: Rabi'u Musa Kwankwaso, leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kano and former Governor of the state, has said the incoming Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) administration in the state will not be able to pay N30, 000 minimum wage to workers as they anticipate to inherit an empty treasury from Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje's administration.
Kwankwaso, who addressed a group of Kwankwassiyya supporters in Kaduna, said the PDP is sure of victory in the supplementary election and will not continue with the payment of N30, 000 minimum wage as promised workers by Ganduje.
“As the leader of the party in Kano, I have directed our Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, not to pay the minimum wage because that is the APC manifesto and we will not take it," Kwanllkwas said.
"Anyway, we will ensure that workers get their salaries on or before the 25th of every month, but what we will not do is to pay the minimum wage."
At the time the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared the Kano governorship election inconclusive, PDP’s Yusuf had polled 1,014,474 votes while APC’s Ganduje had 987,819.
However, the margin of 26,655 votes between the two top candidates meant it was impossible for INEC to declare a winner.”
Kwankaso, what are you saying, and you want civil servant to vote you again to confirm your earlier winning. Please, apologise to Kano workers and pay them the 30k, Ganduje emptying the treasury has nothing to do with workers. I hope you won't regret your stupid out burst. Atiku said he will enrich his family and friends when he becomes president and you think that did not affect him and he never came out to correct himself. Nigerian leaders should stop taking Nigerians for a ride because they are not stupid, you people think impoverishing the the masses will give you the edge to continue to fool them, No.

delugajackson: This is nothing new. Even their pastors and prophets have been teaching them how to tie down their men through diabolical assignments. Go to Efak Satan in Calabar and see how women in troops are patronizing diabolical items on a day to day.
There's one they rub on their faces now, if you're not a man with a strong spirit, you will definately fall for them. Is it the ones they tie on their waists and ankles? Or the one they rub on their kitty-kat that once you enter, you instantly forget your wife and children? Or the ones they put in their food known as "kõp nór mi" in Efik parlance roughly translated as 'hear from me alone.'
This is their way of establishing dominance and keeping men in control to always do their bidding. They drain their victims of all their finances and render them useless. That's why when you see a man that refuses to care for his wife and children, the reasons are not far-fetched. Women are very desperate these days and men need to be very careful.
You are right, they have to be very careful, but, how careful can they be? Women are getting more deadly. But, their sons will pay dearly for their actions because God will bless their sons wives worse than them. No, they will not ruin their husbands life and expect good life for their sons. The evil people do will catch up with them, that is for women like this one.
dachilino: The owner of the collapsed Lagos school building has been rescued, as confirmed by his son Erinoluwa Akinmoladun. According to Erinoluwa Akinmoladun, the collapsed building they owned was under the management of a developer who he identified as Mr Giwa. He further revealed that the construction of the building was completed in 2010 by the developer who he said was supposed to manage it for 10 years.
Erinoluwa who confirmed that his father, the owner of the collapsed Lagos school building has been rescued, added that he is not sure if all his siblings have been rescued from the debris. He told Punch;
“When I came home this morning, as I was walking on the staircase, I observed the building was giving signs of weakness and I told my father about it. But I couldn’t wait to know if he took any action because I left home in a hurry to attend to other things. I left my father and sisters at home.”
Developers, at the end of the agreed year the owner should take ownership of the building, it came down, people say there is always problem. Is like the building owners works for the developers. If only, if just only.
ZWorld: President Muhammadu Buhari says the Federal Government is doing its best to correct and reverse the terrible mismanagement the country has experienced in the past.
He said this on Wednesday when he received a delegation of non-career ambassadors, who came to the State House, Abuja, to congratulate him on his re-election, adding that he believes that “with some luck, our best will be good enough.”
He was quoted as saying this in a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.
President Buhari further stated that Nigeria was trying to live within her means, “so we can improve our lot,” adding that government was determined to upgrade the country’s profile, both locally and internationally. He noted that it would be inexcusable for government not to take care of its Ambassadors in their various stations, hence the special attention being paid to the country’s foreign missions.
In response, Ambassador Ashimiyu Olaniyi, who spoke on behalf of delegation said the President’s election in 2015, and his recent re-election, are divine interventions in the affairs of the country. “You are God-sent. You have always come on stage at the critical moments of our national history to right the wrongs of the past,” Olaniyi said.
He added that the President would be remembered “as an astute political leader who does not interfere in the political affairs of states,” noting that the singular quality has given credibility to all elections conducted since 2015.
The delegation submitted that apart from records of achievements in the three focal areas of securing the country, reviving the economy, and fighting corruption, his “integrity” is responsible for his victory.
The ambassadors appreciated the intervention funds that were released to various missions abroad, and pledged continued loyalty and support to the Buhari administration.
The presidency election inclusive. And also refusal to the employ the youth that past on merit into DPR but employed those who did not sit for exam talk more of attending interview, family, friends, towns people, pass or fail, yet, the stupid youth still voted for you while those you approved employment for will not be seen at the polling booths because they are children of politicians and the rich. what is more than this pa Buhari? Lets see how the vow of the reverse mismanagement correction will tilt to. Deceit in the high places by allowing cabals we did not vote for to fool Nigerians. How sad.
Hope Nnoso will not forget the poor of Nnewi who cleaned his tears by given them the democracy gain big time. Don't go buying cars and building mansions for yourself and forget your people lest you fall in disgrace and shame. Congratulations.
The woman outside poisoned Iginla to destroy his wife publicly for her own advantage. Majority of pastors are just lairs that is if there are truthful one's. Women are their worse enemy as the pastors girl is responsible for his public disgrace against his wife.
This is good, northern women, if not instigated, then this is really good for democracy and is very peaceful. That they can protest willingly, then Ganduje must be a great thief. After caught in camera taking bribe and was shielded by pa Buhari, they it was all over, but sad for him. Lawan style, but this will fail.
I'm beginning to doubt Sowore's sincerity, i campaigned for him, supported him, if what i feel is true, then it will be sad, will reserve my comment. If old people campaigned and supported him at all, i'm one of them. Like i said, i will reserve my comment.
They are auctioning this country to the highest bidder. Pay billions to them, then, they will do their bidding. No conscience anymore, look at Keyamo, after stealing he said he has gone back to his profession, where was his profession?
A group of Policemen and some Soldiers clashed on Sunday afternoon at a collation centre of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
PoliticsNGR gathered that the incident occurred after both parties tussled over control of security at the venue where the results of Saturday's Gubernatorial Elections will be collated for final announcement.
The soldiers had ordered police officers already at the venue to leave the premises but they later returned in greater numbers, breaking down the gates of the premises and forcefully taking charge of security.
It will be recalled that this incident is happening shortly after several complaints of strong military presence in the state. The Governor of the state, Nyesom Wike is currently fighting to secure a second term.
His top contender is from the AAC party currently being back by the minister of transport and Former Governor, Rotimi Amaechi.
Good the police took charge because it is their duty and not for soldiers. Sowore, i campaigned for you seriously believing you are you. If at the end of the day you are fronting for other party, till then.
Mandynews: A video sighted on social media by Mandy News the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS), can be seen shooting live bullets sporadically at the Khana collation Center in Rivers State.

Clerverly: According to the Okochikwu Francis, the Local Government Collation Officer who announced the governorship result in the LGA on Sunday, said the new party polled a total vote of 44,857 compared to the miserly 5,866 votes polled by the PDP. Also, the party won in the governorship election in Ikwerre LGA, of the state having polled 96,663 to dwarf PDP’s 7,554.
Omoyele Sowore’s Africa Action Congress (AAC) has defeated the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ahaoda West in Rivers State.
Sowore, the founder of Sahara Reporters, contested the 2019 presidential election under the party.
According to the Okochikwu Francis, the Local Government Collation Officer who announced the governorship result in the LGA on Sunday, the new party polled a total vote of 44,857 compared to the miserly 5,866 votes polled by the PDP.
Awara Biokpomabo, who is the governorship aspirant of the AAC in Rivers, was endorsed by Rotimi Ameachi, Nigeria’s Minister of Transportation, following the disqualification of the All Progressives Congress from fielding candidate for the state elections.
Although, the national leadership of the AAC distanced itself from the endorsement, the endorsement no doubt contributed to the huge number the nascent party polled in some LGA in the state.
Also, the party won in the governorship election in Ikwerre LGA, of the state having polled 96,663 to dwarf PDP’s 7,554.
The results of the elections are still being collated across the 23 LGAs in the state.
Up up Sowore, shame to the youths who refused to vote for you. Never mind, 2023 will be your year by His grace. There will be no more great great grandfathers.
stevesharon: U can see that Desmond did not Acknowledge God for his victory.... Not even a thanks to 'Baba God".... Even if God did not rig 4u, God kept your life & breath till this moment..
