When ISIS took hold of the refineries in Iraq, they were (or, are still) selling oil @ $23\$25 per barrel, imaging that!. I believe there's more to all these than meet the eye and there's a powerplay going on in the world politics.
The US and her NATO allies is trying to frustrate Russia's economy, and even now there's crash in oil price which is greatly going to affect our country too.
