I also noticed, that the good people of Ngwo are also heavily involved in the culture of keeping fit, met hundreds of runners jogging this early morning, they even had their own Ogene with which to play the jogging songs

Plus the ones paid to stand around and talk while few work

This morning at Ninth mile, workers are clearing up sand from road corners and bridges, these Gburugburu workers are everywhere
