There's a fitness and wellness culture we have created and sustained in Enugu for very many years now. I think this culture is over 30 years old and it keeps getting stronger each passing day. Many people will always troop out to exercise and sweat it out every Saturday morning mostly, but it happens on every other morning.

horsepower101:The sand we get from River Niger is a very good sand but useful for other purposes like block molding, concrete mix and mortar chalking, its usually very coarse, but this type you see them digging from hills and swamps are soft sandy soils which is useful for mostly plastering works and other finish works in a building and it's comes out very beautiful.
|
Like pieces of cakes, we keep eating away at our mountains and hills, all to get soft sand for building construction. ........

Mynd44:He already sent out a message *I'M STILL IN PDP* -Sen. Ekweremadu I am presently out of the country on a prescheduled engagement. In the past 24 hours, I have been inundated with calls from friends and political associates seeking clarification on the rumours of my departure from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which has dominated the media. Let it be known that my path in politics is in the hands of the Almighty God, who has indeed been very faithful and gracious to me. I’m very grateful to God for this. My vision in politics is a system that works for everybody, a social and political environment where everybody, every section, and every tribe not only counts, but is also seen to count. As leaders, we must be mindful of this, for any system built on anything less will not endure. I am grateful to you - members of my family, my friends, political associates, and admirers across Nigeria and beyond - for your uncommon concern. I am indeed humbled by your kind words of solidarity and support. Please, rest assured that I am still in the PDP. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2182588778729449&id=1942495306072132 |

horsepower101:I have a suggestion, we can float a political party with just our ideas here as the manifesto and unique selling points, print fliers and distribute everywhere, float a radio station or advertise on the existing ones with a wide reach in the south east. We can host radio and TV chat programs aimed at introduction of a different mindset to the masses and from there aim to capture political power ward to ward, LG to LG, state to state. How much will it cost to float a political party? Any ideas? |

pazienza:Pictures are coming bro, lots of it sef. I must rest and resume later, thanks for keeping the thread alive. |
