This is GRA, and location of the zoo estates positioned where the old zoo was. Animals were chased out for humans to inhabit the lands Do you think this is right?
Enugu city development is moving faster than the government can chase, we need street roads to be done in these new areas in Trans Ekulu.
Enugu, Enugu state..........
This is a new road with new developments in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state. This state is punching above its weight category ![]()
Beautiful Awka......
But I might be in Awka today, got some small business things to fix there..... This is Awka.
I feel like playing Golf this morning in Enugu, only problem? I don't own a golf club or ball ![]()
For me, I will love to own plots closer to the water body, so that if I get bored on weekends, I can go to my backyard and wrestle with crocodiles in the river ![]()

Enugu state government is developing to sell lands at Valley estates near Golf course Layouts.
oneast:Good morning bro, I can see the river Niger bridge, is this Onitsha? |
But the one that surprises me, is the newer developments........
More people are building and moving into Golf estates in Enugu, but land costs are rising there.
Golf estates in Enugu........
This area is really beautiful. This is still Independence Layout of Enugu.

Independence Layout, Enugu.
Bede2u:The picture is very beautiful. |
BankeSmalls:Yes I also saw some Ikpeazu concrete roads online. Who knows if they are still in use today? |
mightguy:Which side of Abia is this? |
Xander85:Ok, that's cool. |
I want to find out, is the land in Abia and Imo state so waterlogged that it might be a problem for road construction ? Maybe the concrete roads of Dave Umahi will be a good option in those places.
The new valley estates in Enugu, near New market.
New building developments in Enugu state, everyday printing and minting ........
Ttipsy:We need to first get the latest updates from that state from those on the ground. Maybe some of the roads has been redone. But I don't know why those on the ground are not sending updates. Does Abia state have an official webpage? |
Another project site, but I don't know what they are building here. This is still in Abakaliki.
These women you see are the usual concrete casters that may stay all day at work hiring stations in Abakaliki or even travel as far as NNPC depot junction at Akpuoga Nike in Enugu state to look for work. Now the government has found a way to engage them and thus help them.
The old market building done by Martin Elechi, seems like they will knock it down......
Ebonyi riding very high ........... You can see the workers everywhere, this must be a big way to provide employment to poorer folks and alleviate their economic situations.
It's a massive project covering a large area........ I think these are market stalls.....
This must be a huge construction of the Ebonyi international market, or something like that. I can see shopping units designed like the Onitsha markets.
mightguy:That's good, more please. |
