The woman that wrote a computer program that took man to the moon(Apollo 11 mission) is Margaret Hamilton.

She wrote the program in hexadecimal and binary without a computer by hand.

She learned software engineering when computer science didn't exist as a field.

She was a mother and she carried her daughter to work,leaving her to lie on the floor while she concentrated on work.

she is an inspiration.

Her story is very interesting that's why I'm sharing it.

Let me start with a short story.

When Andrew Carnegie died,the little Scottish guy that built the big steel industry. They opened up his desk and in one of his drawers, they found a piece of paper where he had written his goal for his life and he wrote it when he was in his twenties.

On that piece of paper he wrote,"I'm going to spend the first half of my life accumulating wealth and the other half giving all away"

He was so inspired about that goal that he accumulated 450million dollars from the first half of his life and the rest half giving all away.

Resolutions are not bad but I think it is exigent for us to have a detailed plan for our lives and put them on paper so we can walk towards it.

1. What are the cons of this encryption method ?
2. Can it be used in a production environment (do u encourage it) ?

Caesar cipher has been used for thousand of years. it worked perfectly during that period because there was no computer program u could use to decrypt it back to a meaningful text.

Caesar cipher is great and simple for beginners to learn encryption,but I don't encourage it because it can easily be decrypted.

There are more better ones to learn that can give hackers tough time to crack.

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. it's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you permanently if you let..You,me,or anybody is going to hit you hard as life.

It's not about how hard you hit. It's about how hard we get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

Now if you know what you are worth then go out and get what you are worth. But you have to be willing to take a hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him or her,or anybody!

Cowards do that, and that ain't you!
