The govt is always giving out billions of naira will end up with banks as treasury bills d big farmers because of their strict conditions..ur senators must sign, LG chairman, public servant, collateral, u must register and pay tax...so which young farmer can meet this up...they should create the mkt. And a total ban on importation

I prefer buying for livestock..because I won't be restricted and leasing for crop farming..because u don't need the land for a very long period of time and u can acquire a large land mass with leasing than buying.

Those of you that are crossing pls cross to nursing, radiology or physiotherapy or can even stay in you agric. That sector is an expanding sector..BMS in nigeria is doom...some are even talking of lecturing..even the doctors come back to drag the lecturing job with you after their MBBS...just focus on any area you were offered no side is better..u don't know how God blessings will come...remember there is a way that seem right in the eyes of man bt the end is destruction.

A new starter in business have a zero chance of getting a loan from BOI, I tried getting a loan from the CAP fund two years ago,my application was in order but the bank limit your guarrantor status to only a SAN, Bank Manager or senior civil servant.BOI or their so called Bdsp should stop deceiving nigerian about their stupid loan scam.their are only intrested in successful entrepreneour.

You right, I try to access the loan 2013 but same requirement..they said the loan is for SME how can a small enterprise get SAN, manager to sign..they loans are really unaccessable..

Please what is your criteria and eligibility to access this loans. The last time I check both BOA and BOI..its difficult for a starter to access..collateral, guarantor in public service, some times they require your senator and SAN to sign for making it difficult for starter.
