This means those of us who subscribed to Compact Plus bouquet will be left to feed on the scrap matches because the bouquet is not inclusive of SS 5. All this despite all the recent increases in their subscription charge?

Fellow Nigerians, I urge you to brace yourself, for the years to come are indeed going to be full of dark days. We are already seeing how the present government intends to use it's powers to hunt those that they perceive as enemies. People will go down, alliances will break, but expect some to fight back. And these events will turn the nation on it's head when revolutionaries/seccessionists take advantage of the resultant chaos.
Mr. Buhari aka Daura Dull.ard isn't the smartest of men, he doesn't understand diplomacy, for that reason his regime is going to do some things that will trigger Nigeria to it's destined end - DISINTEGRATION.

This thread is in response to a thread today by a nairalander, Reiyvinn. It's one of those mistakes made by Bible readers who pick one line from the Bible and criticizes it without reading the texts that preceeds it and those that follow it.
Now, I'll use the Luke account to enlighten Mr Reiyvinn. Luke 9:27 says quoting Jesus,
''I assure you that there are some here who will
not die until they have seen the kingdom of God''

The mistake made by Reivinn is that he stopped reading the text here. But we won't make that mistake, we will read the verses that follow



''about a week after he had said these things,
Jesus took Peter, John and James with him
and went up a hill to pray. While he was
praying his face changed it's appearance
and his clothes became dazzling white.
Suddenly, two men were talking with him.
They were Moses and Elijah, who appeared in
Heavenly glory and talked with Jesus.

We therefore see how St. Luke wrote about the prophesy and it's fulfillment a week later. Jesus wasn't talking about his second coming in that verse but about some of his disciples seeing the Kingdom of God which they did see a week later(note the passage says Moses and Elijah appeared in 'heavenly glory')
I hope this clarifies the text.

Now, at the transfiguration Jesus took up his heavenly glory and the 3 saw him with Elijah and Moses.
In summary, the prophesy was fulfilled soon after and narrated by Luke. Shalom
