It's a very tall tale to say that the players who played with Zidane, Maradona, Ronaldinho, Modric, and even Messi are average players. Quite laughable.

All players mentioned played with quality talents at club level because good players usually play in the best clubs. However, at national team level, it's a different story because countries do not sign players.

Luka Modric has led a very average Croatia national team to 2nd and 3rd position in consecutive WCs.

The French National team that won the WC in 98' and the European Championship in 00' was average in my opinion. When Zizou was injured in the 2002 edition of the WC, France failed to go pass the group stage. In the 2006 edition a fit Zidane led France to the Final only to lost on penalty. The QF match between France and the defending Champions Brazil was one of the best midfield masterclass ever seen. Taking an average Argentina side to win the WC is the stuff of legend. The truth is that, it is a privilege to Ronaldo comparing him with Messi, because in the real sense Messi is miles ahead of Ronaldo. The great players are the ones that change the optics of a game. They are mostly midfielders and include the likes of Cruyff, Zidane, Maradona, Ronaldinho, Modric(the key to the Real Madrid success that gifted Ronaldo 4 Balon d'or), Iniesta etc. These players make average sides great. And in this class, no one does it better than Messi. Ronaldo doesn't even near these guys

OK we have accepted that Nigerians don't know how to make good decisions. Now tell us who is in the house currently that we should crown the winner. Also tell us what entertainment the person has provided. Entertainment is subjective but everybody can agree on highlights. So, based on highlights, tell us who we should vote so that we can compare if the person has brought highlights, storylines and content to this show more than Ilebaye.

By the way, if you think only Nigerians are voting Ilebaye, then you haven't seen the way South Africans love her. Them carry Baye matter for head pass Nigerians sef.

Well, you are making a mistake of what I'd personally call "statism", that is living in a static time frame. Life isn't static and cities and towns aren't either. What Warri was 100 years ago isn't what it was 30 years ago and still isn't what it is today. It's also not going to be what it is 50 years from now

Nobody going to Koko will tell you that he is going to Warri. When you enter GIG bus in Abuja going to Warri, they will stop you at PTI junction in Effurun, Uvwie LGA. Will you tell them that they have not reached your destination. Everybody says there is Shoprite in Warri, would you say they are wrong, that Warri doesn't have Shoprite, but Effurun/Uvwie. Same applies for the airports in in "Warri", both the old and new ones, neither is in Warri as you know it

Warri City is different from Warri Local governments like Enugu town is different from Enugu state. Cities expand naturally as time passes. You are Iwerre, right?

Warri LGAs and Warri town/city are two different things. Warri City now includes most of Udu, Uvwie LGA. Koko on the other hand, which is in Warri North LGA is not a part of Warri City(metropolis of you like)

it depends on what you mean. Warri by blood or by nurture(where one was raised). By blood, not all Itsekiris are Warri so Omatshola being Itsekiri doesn't make him automatically Warri, ditto Tuoyo. If they are Itsekiri from Warri, they are original Warri guys

The Akpofure family is popular in Warri. I don't know if Neo was raised in Warri, but if he was, he is original Warri
