Nigerian Military's defensive tactics have not yielded any positive result.
They should be proactive by going on the offensive.

The EFCC under Mr Magu lacks professionalism and every sense of decorum it internally deserves. A sensitive body like the EFCC is not supposed to go to press without proper investigation.
