Thank you bro I’ll work on it and get back to u Can I email? Lekiboboe: Non I know of aswell, but you can try to strategize & be innovative.
You studied Estate Management, why not go for a Business Management program e.g International Business Management, Global Business Management, Strategic Global Business Business, Strategic Marketing Communications
Now the question is , How can you relate your Estate Mgt. to Business Management & Show Career Progression? I feel you can
explore the financial aspects of all real estate transactions, from residential to commercial to international
Solve specific problems or issues related to the analysis of real estate financing alternatives.
Possibly your Career Prospects/Future goals can be in commercial property management and sales, investment management, brokerage, mortgage banking & leasing
You can use Google to do more research on how you can make a Connection between the aforementioned programs & your Estate Management degree

Good day everyone I’m at the start of this application thing I don’t have a job and I’m into crypto and I have a business that’s not registered with cac But I’m planning to use my Dad as sponsor and build his account to the tune of 50,000CAD I don’t know how to go about it Should I get different random persons to send money to his account? Or is it wise for the lump sums to show that he’s the one that credited the account himself ? Please I’m so confused now Please someone should reply
PS: I’m trying to build his account to 20million in the next 6 months |

Frankrobbn1: Go for PGD in Project Management at Conestoga College thats the best course for you not an advanced diploma program.
It will end in praise Hi Frank Please what’s the best PGD course to do for someone that finished with a 3rd class in Estate management and which schools would u advice? |

I’m new to this things but reading the reason for denial closely I think the VO is not satisfied with the money in the bank account because he cited “parent cash at hand is not sufficient” Maybe u could add more money to your moms bank account in your next try and your SOP should be more convincing that u will be back. Clearly he wasn’t convinced enough Good luck chief RichieJayy: Good day to everyone in the house and special greetings to those contributing highly to see others successfully getting their TRV. I am learning a lot after my first refusal...I’m a silent reader on this platform. I was refused Study Permit in September 2020 due to purpose of visit and financial reasons. I already got my gcms note.
I want reapply, my questions is,
1. Is it now mandatory we all have to write IELTS?
2. Is mandatory we all go through the NSE route?
I asked because I haven’t written IELTS before and with the nature of my job it’ll be hard to write it now..And I will appreciate a lot if someone can help me review my LOE/SOP to see if I tackled all necessary issues highlighted from my previous refusal..Thanks!! |

OtunbaTee: If you put such amount just before you apply, v.o will question you, that its suspicions is.. why not leave the money where it is now, and use the owner of the acocunt as sponsor..if the person ain't related to you, then u can build the account for months, don't rush Actually it’s my money but I’ve kept it in a bitcoin wallet for years and I don’t have anyone that I’m related to that has that type of inflow and outflow in their account Also please how do I build the account? Do I start send a 4million every month or how do u mean? How many months am I going to build it for? |

The no 1. response which says
So you know that, it's the same way you will apply for the Regular Channel you will apply for the NSE route, the only difference is the way NSE route requires you to do Proof of Funds (POF) i.e MybankStatement Ticket having the required $30,000 CAD & the English test (IELTS) requirement
The only significant thing about NSE is the Mybank Statement Certificate/Ticket of the required POF & IELTS test (20 days processing time), but the regular channel you will have to scan your Sponsor's 6 months Bank Statement & you don't need IELTS (Presently 35 weeks processing time)
So While merging and uploading your Documents and this two NSE required documents are there, you have automatically given the Visa Officer the go ahead that you want your application to be processed via the NSE route. |
