I don't know how much ARM pays but I'm sure PAL pays between 76/78k.

I've seen a friend's pay check from INEC and the basic is 57k while the only allowance currently paid to him as an entry level staff (officer 2) is 20k. So take home is 77k.

Take home for entry level PHCN staff is about 79k

Don't expect the committe to make their final conclusion publicly. In fact, the conclusion has already been made publicly when they gave slots to members of the deseased and those who sustained injury. But the issue now is that: would they give the slots to appropriate owners. Because even some ogas at the top can present a death certificate of someone and claim that the deased is a member of his client's family. And in the aspect of Injury, this one is a small case na.

ibizgirl: To cover your cake with buttercream.
After baking allow your cake to cool down.
Get a cake board 2" bigger than the size of cake.

Clean your board with either edible spirit or white vinegar.

Place your board on a turn table. If you don't have one turn your baking pan over and place the cake board on it.

With your palette knife smear the board with a bit of buttercream (to hold the cake in place).

Place your cake on the board try to centralize the cake on the board.

With a serrated knife, carefully level the top of your cake. And scrape the sides.

With a palette knife spread a thin cut of buttercream on the cake. This helps to prevent the crumbs from messing up the final covering.

Leave it to sit for about 10 mins so that the icing can set.

Now with your palette knife coat your cake with buttercream icing.

Smoothen your icing by putting your palette knife ina bowl of water and running it round your cake, with a cake comb form ridges round and on your cake. With an icing bag, coupler and tip, design the edge and the base.

Write your message on the cake and viola your son's cake is ready.
