It's so easy. Just go with your CAC cert to any state or FIRS office in your city. You would be given 3 yrs tax holiday. I did it for around 5-6k when I did mine here in Abẹ́òkúta. It would be needed when applying for corporate bank account. Thanks

The girl might also wish to find her way to the room without the company of the guy(she might just be cheating on her partner just for a quick cash). They might have communicated about the room via phone. Allow the police to do their job. They might go to other hotels to ascertain if same guy lodged there.
