Do they want to resurrect him and have him contest against GEJ come 2015? All these military apologist and mediocre promoters are increasing by the day and these useless MOD put this FAIL propaganda on front page. I will have you all know that Murtala fought on the Nigerian side during the civil war as an officer and was in charge of rampaging Nigerian soldiers who raped, pillaged and killed innocent civilians. Now that's the Murtala we should discuss. |
The North can do nothing but what they have been doing since 1999 i.e. to derail whatever central administration that does not favor their demands. They will orchestrate riots after the release of the election results but after one or two days tension will calm down. It is the SS reaction that Nigeria needs to worry about. They will cripple the economy in less than a week and a long insurgency will begin afresh. The Nigerian government will have no other solution than to tap from the external reserve which will quickly dry up in less than 3mths. Civil servants will be delayed salaries, contract debts will not be paid or awarded. The larger economy will suffer. The new northern President will try a military effort with disastrous consequences. The US, UN and EU will demand Nigerian Troops pull out from the Niger-Delta. A semi-autonomous administration will be set up in the Niger-Delta in less than one year. Referendums will be conducted by the UN for the creation of an independent state in mid 2016. The collective regions of Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa-bom and Cross-River will form a Nation State and by late 2016, this amalgamation will be the newest member of the United Nation. This will lead to a flood of demand of independence from other quarters. The SE will be the first to raise an independent state after the secession of the Niger-Delta states aforementioned without waiting for a referendum. The central Northern controlled Government will at this time be too weak to act. The Central Northern government will oppose it but will not have the diplomatic or military capabilities to stop it. The Middle-Belt will follow through due to unchecked and increased rates of armed attacks by Islamic militias. The UN representative will warn the world of impending genocide. The US will step up the plate to send troops and as such have a military base stationed in the Niger-Delta (somewhere in Cross-River). This is the genesis of AFRICOM. The US President will justify the need for this operational base not only to secure American business interest, stop the genocide in the now killing fields of the middle-belt but to check the ever growing islamic militias in northern Nigeria. The SW at this juncture will suffer economically and socially. Criminality will be on the highest since the central government is not able to pay police and the army. Urban and Rural criminal gangs will emerge and lord over areas they control. Cross-border armed robbery from this region will lead to highest level of anti-yoruba sentiments from the citizens of the New Niger-Delta. The central Nigerian government will employ these criminal gangs to attack oil outposts bordering the SW and also to disrupt maritime traffic by Piracy. Another valid reason the US President will give for the operation of a permanent forward military base. Northern Nigeria will sufer the most. Sharia inspired governments will emerge. At least 2 states will have former Boko Haram members as Governors. Sharia law will be strictly enforced.. With no effective police force, the sharia courts shall constitute their own police force and they will draw members from the newly amnestied Boko Haram members. Mohammed Yusuf will be honored publicly by both private and goverment officials. And as for Tinibu, Buhari will have him in Kuje Prison in less than 2 years of his presidency for critizing his administration handling of the Niger-Delta militant struggle. Tinibu will be arrested and arraigned on charges of corruption and money laundry. The Yoruba vice-President (a protege of Tinibu) will be pressured to resign by his party constituents and his position will beb readily filled by another Yoruba northerner from Kwara (a former Governor). |
No state of emergency despite the fact that people are dying like flies. Yes to amnesty because we need that Boko Vote. |
jackbauersballs: The clueless mechanic is on a one-man mission to superglue the massive cracks in the Nigeria political ecosysytem, easily forgetting that Tribal Awareness is at an all time high at the moment.

Paschal007: What's the name of your moniker that was banned? Are you a MOD? do you want to ban me again? ![]() |
oseiwe: I am referring to d num of withdrawals to d amount and pple involved. Nigerians cant do ATM blast but dey are up and running wit internet transfers. Dere is no official figure for now, but d ones dat I'm tracing are frightening.Even at that, they probably just hack into personal accounts from people who were not careful in hiding their passwords. It is no way in comparison to what this dudes accomplished. Not only where they able to hack into several banks database they way able to deactivate the withdrawal limit and disable pending transaction notifications. The banks never new what hit them. It was the U.S. banks that were suspicious of the amount withdrawn at their ATM branches that highlighted the authorities. |
Pennywise: Or perhaps you mean-'Is Aboki a tribal slur'?Mods determined it as a Racial Slur, I am serving a ban because of this silly categorization. |
I tire ohh. Ikenna banned me for using it. Aboki as I understand translates to My Friend in Hausa and over the years it has been used by non-speaking hausas to address northerners (both politely or derogatory). Very soon the will add alhaji or Eze or Sule as a racial slur. daft1 |
Trut: I thought a Nigerian was involve in the deal.stop overrating yourselves |
oseiwe: Wen u count d num of ATM withdrawals and d num of internet transfers done by d 9ja boys, u will rethink. Can an ATM machine pay N4m in a swoop?Sit down. The Nigeria yahoo boys do not have the insider link and expertise to co-ordinate a global operation like this. Even if they did it locally within Nigeria they will need at least 45,000 accomplices to withdraw the maximum $1,000 equivalent from ATMs nation-wide. |
Texas.Cowgirl:Your future fellow citizens of Arewa and not ours. |
OP, Please don't stop in your attempt at reminding them how evil Buhari and the northern politicians are. Lest they make the mistake and vote Buhari in and then come here(if Nairaland still exists) and complain. Nigerians suffer from chronic myopia and amnesia. |
Dude is just begging to be robbed and have his wrist chopped off. |
Bigboytinz: I have just noticed on a holiday to Lagos after a while in Abuja (note lived in lagos and studied at Unilag) that Abuja ladies or girls are way hotter than Lagos girls. Lagos girls have no style and seem malnourished. All they do is simply like they say 'for show'. Staying at a five star hotel now and don't know if anyone else notices this apparent fact. ThanksLagos also has a pandemic of candidas infested smelly chics. |
yuzedo: Whoa! They are Italian and Latino and not mexican bean eyed knifers |
The real wise guys
|
OP,you know that could very well be someone's else husband. |
How much for the bathroom slippers? |
Post is somewhat confusing. |
Asari cool down.... The only way the north can get back to power is if they kill GEJ in a coup. But that will not happen. so chill out bro |
The North is living and trying desperately hard to keep believing a lie. There is no united Northern front as we have just of recent come to understand. The north or at least the political jargon called "Northern Nigeria" was an amalgamated union of diverse ethno-religious peoples formulated from the colonial era. The north looks with each passing day like a Rucola Pizza. The only echoing of such past unity is the singular and similar sounding rhetoric coming from the same or similar composed group- the Fulani/Hausa Caliphate. The last election that saw GEJ into office, showed the physical strains and cracks of this once homogeneous political entity not only through the ballot but the aftermath of ethno-religious inspired crisis in southern Kaduna and Bauchi. The cracks had begun since 1999. OBJ, in his well calculated step to check the overzealous and undue influence from this bloc, decided to appoint northerners from outside the traditional established routes. These Minorities (this classification only appears in the political landscape as there are a vibrant population of non-Muslim Hausa/Fulanis in the core north)were not always willing or could not be made to do the caliphate's agenda for power domination. These minority appointments also were quick to consolidate their power positions outside the caliphate. The North as we are expected to believe is not AREWA's position or that of some political dinosaur whose rhetoric is as fossilized as they have become. Even though callous remarks and pronouncements are not limited to the north as every sectional leadership in the name of free speech continue to spew garbage, the northern position over other's right to speak openly should be called in question. Asari Dokubo's outburst normally would have been ignored but unfortunately the youths from the Niger-Delta are attracted to his fiery words not because they want war or seek secession but because of what they have come to perceive as the north's hypocrisy. The comparison and demand for amnesty for Boko-Haram from powerful corners as that granted the Niger-Delta Militias is another annoying call the Niger-Deltans seem unable to reconcile. The Caliphate North should understand that their era of political dominance is over and will never return like the much-talked about Groundnut pyramids. |
Why would a married woman cheat on the premise that her husband cheats as well? I can't really understand this mentality. Is it meant to hurt your husband? If my wife cheated on me, I won't first think; "I need to get back on her and have an affair as well". Never! I will first and foremost kick her a55 to the curb. You women are so dumb. Any woman who gives this old and tired excuse on why she is having an affair, should know that she is equally a cheat and a disgrace as her husband. If you don't respect yourself or family reputation then I expect you should fear God. |
@OP: You need to brush up on your composition skills or either you are that type of guy who wouldn't know a sexy chic even if she sat on your face. Mercy is hotterest in this pic.

They skipped Rule 17 on the rule list. You know what time it is.... ![]() |
Dear Mrs. Whyme222 (or is it ex Mrs. Whyme222), From what you wrote I, just like everyone else will agree to the fact that you married a scumbag loser. But I must tell you that, even though, you and your husband still remain some what anonymous to us here, I still feel you shouldn't have bothered to air your dirty laundry here. This is the second mistake your husband made and to which you have towed the same action. I would have preferred you ditched your husband before you slept with your boss. Two wrongs don't and will never make a right and by you following up on his post here with your own is either a testament that you guys are actually like six and seven and deserve each other or we are being trolled hard. |
