Thanks a million for your effort.

However, you need to conduct your research thoroughly before posting online. Your claims in number 7 isn't really correct.

English language is so deep that if one doesn't take time you miss the way. The word CIRCUMSTANCE is a noun often used as circumstances. Be that as it may, it is perfect to say in/under the circumstances.

Thus, it is right to say, we oppose capital punishment in/under any circumstances.

You may read up the meaning of circumstance as defined by Cambridge dictionary for details.

My sad experience with partner mobile I bought at right formula shop along road Douglas road, Owerri Imo State

I bought a partner mobile phone P1105 on Friday 3rd November 2017 around 4pm. When I got home, I charged the phone only to discover that the phone was discharging 8% in every 10 minutes. That was not just strange but very worrisome. I had to support the phone with a power bank after I had switched off my generator in the night.

I tried to connect my whatsapp all through the night but nothing happened. Instead, spam sites were opening with useless apps downloading on their own.

I decided to return the phone concluding that either Partner mobile phones are bad or that very model had manufacturer's error.

The next morning (Saturday 4/11/17), I returned the phone which was under one year warranty and demanded for a new phone or a refund. Unfortunately, the sales agents told me the phone CANNOT be changed. Instead, they referred me to their care centre in another location for repairs. I was very furious and refused to go to anywhere or even accept the phone again.

After long argument, the sales agents reluctantly accepted to take the phone to their care centre on their on but never specified when the phone would be ready.

Today is exactly one week since I returned the phone yet they are still working on the phone. I have been the one calling them and they only answer when they want to.

Pls what's the right channel to report this?

In my humble opinion, everyone has got right to air his views though, nevertheless, the doctor has done greatly well. He earned himself an honour. It's not all about money, a penny earned is worth more than plenty dollars found. #quotemecorreclty

It's not coming as a surprise especially as there's been serious warning over two decades now.

African is in no way blessed as presumed by some.
Let's look at this more thoroughly, with the persistent melting of the iceberg, see levels would definitely increase, see shores would be submerged likewise coastal city. Lives would be lost inevitably.

Aquatic animals would be majorly affected in this whole sad event. Greater proportion of our sea foods come from importation. By the time the the oceans are flooded, animals would suffer. Fishermen would find it extremely difficult to pilot their affairs, it would also be difficult for captain's to maneuver their ships. All these would affect bringing in imports.

As a country solely dependent on imports, our own lives are even at bigger risk.

Moreover, the whites have very powerful technology, don't be surprised that they would find ways to cope in this mess. The big question is CAN WE COPE? with the likes of lekki, what would happen?

I can say it's not completely impossible to start arresting the situation, even though it would take more number of years. The bigger problem is that most countries are playing nonchalant.
