It seemed like you didn't understand what I meant. Alright, my account is okay, though MAP option disappeared, but we all know many narialanders had the same issue, even though they most have used PVC.

Not true, I used my temporal voters card last year and it was successful. I can log into my account too, but MAP option is gone. I even ordered for the card last year, though it is taking like ages. I think OP just needs to take a clear picture of his card and upload.



Note: My PVC is still not ready till now. I registered last year around May.

It happened to me recently, the buyer already agreed to buy a domain name I quoted $500
He replied by saying " I am interested in purchasing the domain name, what is the next step?"
And I replied by directing him to namesilo and that was the last time I heard from him. I followed up on him, no reply. Don't know what in the world went wrong. Lol

It could be that, the buyer checked and discovered you are Nigerian. Some of them don't like dealing with Nigerians, all thanks to yahoo boys.
