Do you have any study gap? Do you have any work experience? If yes, what field and how many years of work experience do you have in the field? You can share your profile.

For instance, if you have like 5 years work experience in the Engineering field and you applied for a Master's degree in Sociology, you may be denied study permit based on purpose of visit if you fail to relate/explain the reason for the career change in your SOP. The reason is because it may be assumed by a Visa Officer that you are expected to continue in the Engineering field. (This is just an example )

All these analysis are not necessary, every application is treated differently, u just have to package your story well because nothing is impossible. In my own time my sponsor put a lump sum of money few days before the soa was printed but because I understood the process at the time, I was able to explain it well to the VO. The lady was just trying to encourage people here with her story that anything is possible.

Please is it advisable to use a company SOA and my personal account to show as means of funding.
Secondly do I need to include tax clearance of the company.
Please I need ur contributions gurus in the house.

He wants to use both the company account and the his personal account for sponsorship because the sponsorship letter is on the company letter head.
Am going for masters in sociology and my first degree is in sociology.
I work as an HR Assistant in the company that's is I do staff payroll interview schedule

Is he sponsoring you with the company account or his personal account?
He needs to write a strong support letter if sponsoring you with company account.
I dont think you need the CAC or tax clearance of the company since you are basically
an employee there. Include payslip for 6 months, your own SOA and an SOP.
By the way, what program are you going for and what was your first degree and what
do you do at your brother's company?
