He speaks good english and that is a plus, hopefully the board will provide him with funds to bring in players. Villas-Boas will definitely succeed.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread:Home Of The Blues!!!! by codeb(m): 4:01pm On Jun 20, 2011
I think Villas -Boas is ok---a copy of Mourinho but less controversial. Chelsea needs a young dynamic coach who is not afraid to experiments and also very hungry for success. He might turn out to be succesful like Pep Guardiola.
So I hope.

@life_style,

so hw did it go with Frame-relay switch configuration using DLCI with ports?
ComputersRe: CISCO Thread: CISCO Professionals Identify Yourselves by codeb(m): 1:56pm On Apr 11, 2011
@Nateevs,

Welcome back to the thread, we sure need your inputs.

Guys, lets not make this thread a cert competition, this is Cisco spot. Getting certified alone is not what networking is all about;we should be discussing discoveries and processes in the new age cisco networks.
I am not trying to discourage writing certification examinations, we should be moving from the era of writing exams to developing new innovations in cisco field.
ComputersRe: CISCO Thread: CISCO Professionals Identify Yourselves by codeb(m): 5:50am On Apr 08, 2011
@Lifestyle,

You need IOS images for Pix and ASA firewalls to be functional just like you uploaded IOS images for 3700,3600,7200 routers. The Juniper routers equally need Junos IOS to work.

The Frame-Relay,ATM switches and ATM bridges need normal configurations to work and do not use IOS images.
For instance the Frame-relay switches are used to assign frames to a specific PVC or SVC by mappig the DLCI.

For each instance of PVC in a point-to-point link connection you need an identifier and unique label to identify a frame from a source which is connecting to another.
That identifier is called DLCI - it is a mapping like process
So you map a port to a DLCI, and you could use a router in place of a Frame-relay switch if you know the right process or commands.

@codeb and aspiring CCNA test takers, I think @ the CCNA level, packet tracer should be used. introducing GNS3 at this level will cause undue stress as they'd have to battle with downloading individual cisco IOSes for each router model and don't forget the inability of GNS3 to emulate catalyst switches - i ktnow there's a work-around but i don't think it's worth it at this level.
i used packet tracer and even routersim and they were both very intuitive supporting all the commands required at the ccna level.
My 2cents
packet tracer is ok for beginners (CCNA) but am only stating the obvious that GNS3 is a better option when you dont have the devices on ground.

@lanre88,
get more study guides and lab will do you just fine

hey guys, this is surely good for us. We avoided barca and real at this stage but got Manu which with our out of sort team could still get through. We stand a 50-50 chance to make it to the semi-final.

One can only imagine what he is going through now after been dumped by Birmingham,Barcelona and Man utd in less than two weeks from three competitions.

We are the pride of London. Chelsea and Tottenham are truly representing London in particular and EPL in general. Looking forward to a good quarter-final draws.

Barca had a make shift defence partnering left-footed Abidal and defensive midfielder Busquets and yet Arsenal could not muster a goal on targets abi na off target.
What a disgrace and some fans here are complaining of referee decisions, abeg bow your head in shame.

Where is Switch47,hope he is not contemplating suicide o. grin

Torres needs to step up his all round game, he has really been poor and chelsea players like malouda and kalou have been selfish. The last 20 minutes of this evening game would have assisted torres with his form,but malouda and kalou were selfish and went for nonsense glory.

Carlo needs to let the team know, abi dem dey jealous Torres grin

Ancelotti's only hope right now is to win the UCL. its an herculean task I don't think he can achieve. As it is it would be an achievement for chelsea to finish 3rd,and they just might even loose that spot to citeh. Considering their position at the early stages of the season, this is nothin short of disgraceful. I hope they don't eventually go down liverpool lane anyways. And by now,they should appreciate that being a contender every season like arsenal have done isn't a mere feat. Chelsea is out of the contention, arsenal will always still be a contender and is bound to eventually win by virtue of being a contender
Even in our worse run of form we are just eight point below ur team, it shows how terrible your team is even in their very best of form. We can only get better. We have won a lot of trophies with change of management, can your team withstand a change of management. Arsenal is just a training institute, get used to it----Patrice Evra

Greetings to everyone on the forum

Please I need to write CCNA asap, have about 2 years hands on experience,

Can anyone please send me materials that address CISCO's uptodate curriculum and packet tracer for practice

please to bukkytronicsatyahoodotcom

Thank you all for your contribution to us aspiring professionals
Kindly go to http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/index.html for full info.

And I will suggest GNS3 for your simulations, sometimes I refer to it as emulator--- combines good graphics and CLI platform using Dynagens and Dynamips GUI.
