Js phonegap compiled with Adobe build,
If I am going to learn mobile frameworks or language I will prefer dart and flutter to react native though I am proficient in node.js and vanilla js, I think flutter will catch up and over take react native, to learn the basics is easy but acquiring third party packages, learning new functionalities no easy at all, not to talk of becoming expert, it is useless to learn two mobile frameworks so am looking forward to learning one very good one.

What do u use and do u use it?

This is the app I developed last year when I had the goal to freelance but now that I know the rigour of developing apps for someone else and more over the Indians keep dragging the labour cost down.

Let brainstorm on an economic viable idea that we could develop via github, at least it would teach us how to collaborate online and maybe we gain new friends or network.

Mind u I have a project I am working on, but if this gain traction I could scrap it

Nb I am currently studying pure and applied biology at lautech, I should have studied Cs or stats but no regret yet. There is this intersection between stat, cs and biology called computational biology or bioinformatics, and that is the reason I look in ds

University stuff is kind of old and stupid dey teach thing i don't want to learn, I learn more online and i am more willing to learn than I have ever done at sch, not that I don't have passion for course but there are too many different things done in a semester that aren't related and too many borrowed courses

I think coding is gone, it is too common, easy as in u could get a website to in minutes, there are no new idea think about something someone has done it before, u just have to know how to get the source, it is possible now to build a tech company without writing code

Data science is huge, and the name encompasses so many things, data analyst, product analyst, data engineers, most engineers etc, as the field progresses it is getting reserved for experts

I think I like the Ml part excluding deep learning which I think is just too difficult because of extreme maths,

I also think ml is very easy to automate, very we soon have ml as a service. At that point where anyone with data could use the service.

Especially that google killing start up, doing and investing in all emerging tech, as huge amounts of data, a lot of genius staffs, a lot google wannabe staffs, it really hard to do something on international scale.

What are ur thoughts? What can we could to capitalize on ml before it becomes a field for all like swe.

Most of those don't work, where u wanna U can't have company at least not the popular ones, I would have chose hacking but due to in crease memory performance, cloud hosting and risk of getting jailed i backed out, why would u want to hack in first?

Programming is not fun and I see a lot of people who wants to learn programming but why not. It cool you can build you this and that bla bla bla These are the reason I said programming is not fun.

1 when you start learning, everything is fun, coding is fun then as you go deeper you start Taking a lot of things in to consideration e.g algorithms, architecture pattern, writing good code, then you start noticing there is so much more to just coding

2 it consume time, for most people it is not the engineering passion that leads to programming but the cash and career opportunities.

3 if you are a web dev it war to choose frameworks, as difficult as there are to master, they all have expiring data because in this field people are always innovating and trying build the next big thing

4 it is easy to know 8 language but difficult to master one

5 debugging is the very frustrating

6 programming is the implementation of computer science, being programmer does not always means you now what you doing it means you know a lot of syntax e.g there is this thing about time complexity because the algorithm works does not mean it is feasible

The solution to all of this is patience and active learning, for noob programmers, the excitement fades and the reality remains

The only reason why people pay 6 figure salary to programmers is because it is not fun

The reason for this article is because a lot of people want to cross to this field from another just because people say it is cool

For programmer there is infinity of things to learn

Nigerians seasoned programmer PHP and SQL, Java, .net frameworks and not much on js. People are just taking js seriously so you would hardly see an expert on the topic.

You want work on Iot it is nice to use react native because you still a bunch of frame works to learn. Courses on andriod are massive and it is not cross platform
Andriod Dev do nothing else and I don't think you have the same time to dedicate


If you know js and don't want to work much you use phone gap.
