Its just you granting someone an authority to deal (sell, lease or manage) a property on YOUR behalf.

If you are purchasing a land anywhere in Nigeria, please ensure you have at least a properly drafted and executed Deed of Assignment. You may also have a contract of sale of land (aka Sale of a Land Agreement) and Survey: but that's not overly necessary TO SHOW TITLE.

The DoA shows transfer of legal title/ownership.

Have you used the bank for an online transaction before? If yes, the information of your card has been stored in the software hence it would be easy to use.

Secondly you may have exposed your card, because I saw a photo of transactions at one spot. The spot I’m sure provided an address where the transaction took place.

Before going to the point of transaction, report to the bank and cc CBN.

You have no problem car is normal like some one said, switch your gear to 1 or 2 not D and you will see your rpm pass 3000 if you intend to surpass the required speed for that lower gear
