fluentinfor:this year I farmed maize in taraba, but I lost my hard earned #800,000 In my second NL account I had started a thread for the project. Although I i wish to remain ananimous on this one, I had started updating on how it's possible to get for investors 50% ROI in 6-8months in my years of farming I must confess its alot saffer and better to farm rice during the dry season, it gives better ROI than all the crops I know trust me on this. if you are one that invest in agriculture I may like to pm you, so we can continue from there. having said that to answer your question on op 1. Op boil hot water and soak your land always before transplanting, this will kill all the nematods et al... but it will also kill the soil nutrient. if you have moringa seeds and neem seeds grind them, and add goat dung 1wheel barrow upwards depending on how big your land is + very small quantity of ashes (goat dung is far better than sheep and cow you'll thank me later in the future) but that's if you're pro organic like myself 2. If the land needs what I like to call soil adjustment, I can make it fertile with a product I designed that can make unhabitable lands fertile. its not yet out in the market but I've used it from 2013 to this year, like I said I lost my farm to herds men this year. I can prove it I still own the land in taraba, but I'll never farm here again i'm moving back to my state we still have a very good land especially for rice farming. sorry for the digresion and advert at op. thanks for your time at every potential investors. |
Titanik:how much tons do you need, and whats your payment modules like plus who will bear the cost of transportation? In summary I need your terms and conditions: I'm currently in a state that I believe I can sort this out, when I check the market on monday I can get back to you. |
I'll be right back |
**** o level was interesting: I grew up being the "church boy" kind of guy, And I'm sure not going to continue on that part. Atleast I tried in portraying that stray guy picture to my peers in school. When people mention peer pressure with the focus of their words being influenced by other kids, I find it hillarious because most often than not, its always the other way round. You see my dear parents in the house, locking up your kids always at home is not the best solution for them. And I'm not saying you should let them out either, My experiences and a bunch of other kids have made me realize that it pays a whole lot more better when you educate your kids about the realities of life and why they should choose the part you want them to follow. take them out to meet other people who can help them to ask questions, of cause without fear of purnishment. it might shock you, when you get to find out the kind of things this kids know. I remember when I was 10years in my jss1, a jss3 student then asked one of our church kids teacher an interesting question. This kid wanted to find out if its true that too much of sperm is bad for the male figure, how the man handled it reduce the tension we kids had: and alot of them sheard their experiences/questions. I was dumb founded by what this kids know. I've always wanted to be close to my father growing up, but for reasons best known to him he has a way of killing your spirit with his choice of words. he can re-echo your faults over and over again, oh and those moments of spanking were not funny.... men!!! I was spanked from my butts to hands and back, but all that cannot be compered to my o'level trauma lolz... I guess everyone had had their experience with some seniors, at some point in their life. in my JSS3 I wanted so bad to make money, I remember marketing GNLD to many people then. I met my friends parents, stocked in my coperate wear(some second hand over sized cloths) and seriously speaking to them about the benefits. with such a comand of diction (i've always been in the debate club, so my ability to defend my stand on anything is second to none till date) /zeal and passion. I still laugh at myself when i remember those days, there was also a time we sold a particular sport product. Oh my gosh! we treacked our life's out, we were virtually every where; from the markets, to the streets, and even to mamy at the army baracks funny. we made cool cash thou, I fixed a friends bicycle and enjoyed riding it lolz. all this without my parents knowing, if they had known they sure would have giving me the spankiing of my life. That aside it was in my JSS3 I first learned how to drive a car lolz, I was only 13. A kid driving a car was one of the best feelings ever, with my big head I was feeling like the biggest boy in town. it started from smuggling and driving about the whole area with my dads first car, oh it was fun in those days. forward to my ss3 i've tried other ventures of cause some of which i cannot start to mention here. Okay after my ss3 my plan was to become a prof at 30, and I make bold to mention it to whoever cares to listing. I remember being nick named prof at some point of my life, but all that was about to change. I consider my life's journey as a privillage, because I attended one of the best Universities in Nigeria lolz. Atleast I like to see it that way, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, I'm proud of my alma matters. Although I wanted going for NCAT zaria, but we couldn't aford a #1,000,000 not to talk of #7,500,000 to sturdy there. Schooling in A.B.U Zaria opened my eyes to alot of oppurtunities that can be taped in this country. oh how I did alot of researches my class was 2013. And my project is something I look forward to doing on a comercial scale. From that year till date I've made alot of discoveries, I had ran different test and what have you, But all that was about to change. Now i'm about to enter the crux of the matter. ****** to be continued |

So for the first time in my life, I think I can relate to the people who we presume took the cawardly part of suicide. Awwchh let that sink alittle bit, albit its my diary so I can vent my anger/joy; 1. with my highs and lows 2.my truimph and failures 3.my experiences and my theories e.t.c the thought of suicide: some from guilt while others from the scorching beating of the sun and the light mockery blickering from the down of every new day... Wishing everyday could be your last not willing to see the sun set contemplating the existance of God and why the world could be so cruel... first Isolation: tempering wind of unbearable test, or should I say stretch of human endurance. Patience they said is a virtue, but for how long I think Myles Muroe was right; for saying "the most frustrated person on earth is a man with a vision but lacks the resources to attain it" for me it was quit a long journey. enough of the puzzle and time wrangling, I must confess I really don't know what to term this diary.... stay tuned as I take you my guest through my little life journey. Okay from my o'level some 17 years ago, but before then a little background: I was the best pupil throughout my primary school, I must confess it excites me beating all of those rich kids hands down. My brothers/sisters I would say were both happy/jealous at the same Time, quite a contrast of complexity: but you know African parents weakness of comparing their kids. My parents were not wealthy, but they did tried their best in sending us to the best school as of that time during the millitary erra. the millitary governor/top army chiefs/ambasadors kids where in that particular school. I remember when it was a norm for me to go get my first position gift every end of 3rd term, oh how proud my mama was seeing her boy bit all those rich kids hands down. at home I must confess there were many times we lacked what to eat in a whole day, oh the sorrow i felt for seeing my mamas tear's. My dad was not left out because I still remember vividly, how my dad strugles to farm and work just to meet ends meet. okay enough of that part; like I mentioned earlier some 17years ago, the birthing of my entrepreneurship spirit began. In my Jss level I can remember being discouraged over and over and over again, my Dads solution to the present hardship was to make sure that we become medical doctors. I guess his mindset was greatly influenced by the realities on ground then.... To be continued ****** |

As much as we know that its quite impossible to satisfy every Nigerian, but creating an enabling environment for business to strive is the responsibility of the government. this is something the government should have included in its first 100 day's vision for the country. Truth be told, without infrastructure businesses are prone to fail. An enabling environment for business shouldn't be too much to ask for, I've seen quite an impressive federal road rehabilitation projects in the North and that's a kudos from me to you. But please include the 5% with your 97% according to you Mr President, in your interview when you told the whole world that the constitution doesn't allow you to favour a part of the country over the other. #God bless Nigeria with visionary leaders long live Mr President |

True, the governments job is to provide an enabling environment; by making the economy look attracktive to investor, and also reducing the intrest rates to favour business operations in the system e.t.c. but my question is this: how far has this government achieved this? Is their a noticeable increase in NSE from 2014-2017. although i'll give a kudos to this government, for reducing the cost of registering a business this year. The new youwin project is also a commendable project but I must falter the Npower initiative because this doesn't support growth and cannot be termed as a longtime project I was quite impressed tho with the Npower agro et al but really after the Npower how does the government intends to establish this youths enough of all this propaganda of much talk and little impact. sometimes it doesn't hurt to accept the fact that you don't know how to run a business, by seeking for help. Moreover there's no ego in learning from people that have ran such kind of ventures. our politics needs to look beyound party affiliation, and start honoring inteligence beyound religious backgrond/political party. Party doesn't build a nation, is the people that build. in other news FTC enhen... |

Okay first of all, what's all this absurd trend of name checking here about? Having said that, now back to the topic: 1. Crime is crime, and it flows on all racial human beings. curtail a weed early, and you'll save your crops or better put you'll have a bountyful harvest. 2. Things don't just happen; they are caused by certain human mindsets, what motivates you as an individual or why do you act the way you do? 3. I find it strange that people will cart away products/goods, and still stay in thesame city... is it just me or this story is not adding up? atleast for them to plead not guilty, it means there's a twist somewhere, say's my humble opinion. 4. Lastly, I wish our courts can somehow have a way of speeding trials, instead of all this long adjournment. but who am I? I just a layman with a 1001 opinions *** long live my beloved country... I still believe on the foundations my fathers built with their blood; "A country where peace and unity shall rain again" meanwhile where is lalasticlala self.... |
ladyF:I won't mind her hiding her assets, but liabilities oh my gosh i hate debts... she better voice it out, shey na for better for worst? But, do we still practice this in a "sane environment"? what do I know...just passing bye b/w I'm a stern believer of that code till death do us.....whatever |
Lalasticlala I really don't know what this is about, but can you please explain/say something to the op... |
Buharimustgo:what makes a nation is it the people or the politicians? Two of the best documentaries i've watched are 1. How America was built and 2. How the state of isreal was built. By reason of my work/quest for knowledge, i've been to almost all the parts of this country. Nna eh! trust me when i say I believe we are at the carious moment of birthing a new nation. for the fact that every Nigerian is angry is a very good development, if we can channel our anger in the right angle, as a nation building energy: we'll make it as a nation |
Armed robbers chai!!! maka why? I wish we can have an integrated security system; where such people can be tracked in this country. Imagine what would have happened, if there were cctv cameras in every part of this country... Rest in peace to the lost ones, may God grant your families the grace/strenght to bear the loss. Lalasticlala |
It's quite unfortunate that our great country have not performed up to expectations since independence, I wish our sytem can accommodate both the gradautes and dropouts. unfortunately the system is designed to favour only the "elect class" and a few others who by reason of hard work have turn the status quo. nontheless I see great possibilities for this country; as our youths start to look inward towards innovative inventions, although one is left with a question of how many investors are willing to fund this startups. Money is not really the issue, the most important thing is the will to follow(endure) through until you achieve your dreams. I lay my 1cent. |
