Kudos. Buhari and Malami never ever contemplated doing this even as a long list of sponsors of terror was presented to them. The entire Arewa, to include Atiku, kept silent.

Seems you are going back to a semblance of the old you before you got into the toxic tribal politics here that can warp the minds of the most progressive Nigerians if they lose sight of what matter most.

I.e the socio-economic progress of Nigeria and Nigerians which should not revolve simplistically around the ethnicity of a President but his capacity.
You can change moniker but never epistles and partisanship.

How many of the sponsors have been arrested? How many were convicted?
A reactionary court conviction that was more of a release of arrested suspects who have been one trial for long is not commendable. You saw smartpolician goofing by mixing up convictions of suspects with prosecution of terror sponsors and quickly capitalized. Nice one.

You can never change. Your pattern of epistles sprinkled with random, incoherent and unrelated facts alongside bullying still remains.

Anyone who doesn't appreciate this government for publishing the names of terrorism financiers is part of Nigeria's problem. The next step the government must take now is prosecuting and jailing them
Very illogical response.
Who alerts criminals to assist them take off if not a collaborator? Thats what just happened with name publishing. I will assume you are confusing conviction(actually release) of few terrorists with announcing names of finamciers of terror.

FG has had this list since the days of PMB or even GEJ, but what did they do with it, they protected it like a cherished treasure despite that the UAE government knew some of these entities and sanctioned them. None of these guys was arrested or prosecuted by a country that is serious about fighting terrorism.
it is just a time-buying ploy by Yekini and sons.

What took them so long?

I sense an attempt at delaying until a second term has been secured. This is just to keep the watching eyes(usa, west and ME) relaxed about the govt effort at ending insecurity.

Politics › Re: You Can Use NIN Statistics To Estimate Population Using One State As Reference by CodeTemplar: 10:47am On Apr 11
lawani:
I want to believe the disparity is not significant. Farming is a major occupation in Nigeria and the majority of Lagosians are not farmers. Lagos does not really have much more than ten percent of the job opportunities in the country. We are six children in my family and only one person is in Lagos
The sort of parents likely to settle in Lagos dont want more than average of 2-3 children per wife(if many wives). Northerners can have much more per wife. How do you account for such disparity?
Also there are many adults in Lagos unmarried compared to Jigawa and Zamfara. How so you account for those?
Politics › Re: You Can Use NIN Statistics To Estimate Population Using One State As Reference by CodeTemplar: 10:28am On Apr 11
Makes sense but the pattern doesnt guarantee uniformity. Lagosians might be averaging more Adults per 1000 human population compared to Jigawa, and we know adults are more in NIN compliance. Overall a good idea. Instead of using trillions to count ojoro.
