yes and NO. democracy is only fruitful and favourable to all who were elected or selected to a political office, all political appointees, contractors and all aides and agents of government officials. BUT for Nigerian masses expecting to see NEPA light, have employment, see food on their table, see good roads, have quality education etc, democracy is a failure. If democracy do not have CORRUPTION as its backbone in Nigeria, perhaps it could have been celebrated as a belessing |
