Merry Xmas everyone.

I have been thinking of mounting a 4 bedroom bungalow, but I recently made enquiries for Cement and the distributor said 4,500. With this in mind, I'm left wondering how much I should budget to compete this project. Considering the inflated cost of building materials.

I will appreciate if anyone could help with a detailed or estimated figure.

A good 9 like a Kane type of 9. or Lacazate type of 9 will help him. My opinion though.

Yes I agree. They need a good finisher. Someone who can deliver 20 to 30 goals every season. But my point is, it doesn't have to be an out and out striker.

See Salah, Mane, they give you goals from the wing. City just need a clinical finisher.

As for Hary Kane, if you watch his game well you will notice he's a different breed of striker. Combines good finishing with dropping deep to get and distribute the ball. Aguero is a great example. Such Strikers are what Pep need. And they are very rare.

Believe me, City create so much because they play without a recognized striker. But a lot of people fail to understand this.

This team has such fluidity because they don't have an out and out striker waiting for the balls in the box. You may not understand this.

It is the way Pep prefers to play. Even in Barcelona, Ibrahimovic didn't do too well due to this. Pep preferred Messi in the false 9 position.

What you should say is, the City players arriving in the box should try to convert more of their chances. Like Messi did. Like De Bruyne did for the past seasons. Like Gundogan did last season.

I personally do not think that putting a Halland or Lukaku in this team makes them better. No. See Chelsea for example.

My brother, a lot of people have this misconception that a manager who's doing well with a small team at their level, will replicate same success and even do more with a bigger team filled with star players. Time and time again, events have proven that to be mere fallacy.

There are managers for the big clubs and ones for the smaller teams with little expectations. Not every manager can handle the pressure that comes with managing a big team.

A team with 5 or 6 quality attacking players should and will rotate as games come thick and fast. City will be playing Liverpool by the weekend, you expect the manager to stick to just 11 players over the course of the season?
