Maduawuchukwu:
North did not divide the South into different regions while leaving theirs intact. Instead it was southern politicians who asked for state creation and the North was divided in same fashion too.
Third a a difference between geopolitical zones and states.

My point is while the north have geo zones like the south they maintained their identity as north why the south stuck to the created identity.

Maduawuchukwu:
What you should instead argue is that the FG should make every region viable and able to stand on it's own then with time, restructuring can come in and not that restructuring should not take place at all even in the future.
Every cannot make every region viable, fg can only put down the needed infrastructures but viability is not the job of the fg, it will fall into hand by itself.

I dont know where u are from but if u are Igbo from the south east, I advise you not to support restructuring, instead let's try to put more resources under the control of the fg, if we do this we have nothing to loose and alot to gain.

Restructuring no favour us at all, since it doesn't we must benefit from regions that if favours and thats what this our federal system is for.

If u say I lie, I dont know about other regions but I want u to tell me what u want to be restructured in the south east...

Maduawuchukwu oga restructuring u skipped this part, come and tell us what u want to restructure in south east

Give the niger delta their resources

Na their land

Tax the resources, simple, but give them control

No northern city should have pipelines if major ND cities don't have one yet
Gej rule for 6years him no do anything with power,

Obj rule for 8years did nothing with power,

Its not the norths fault that their leaders have them in mind.

The only person in the south that has the ability, the will power and the courage to do sth like this akk gas project in the South is Amaechi Chibuike.

Aka minister of transport.

The difference between a northern leader and a southern leader by now u should know.

Especially Buhari in particular.

Lagos kano rail line and this akk gas pipeline are top priority for the northerners.

They dont mind borrowing billions, to make sure its finished before 2023.

U saying u doubt that is exactly what a lot of people said about 2nd Niger bridge before Buhari started it, we can see it today.

If u think akk gas pipeline is a white elephant project after the northern governors have all commissioned it in their various States e go do u like film for eye

Maduawuchukwu:
So the other parts of the South should have welomed Igbo domination? (Though I know there was nothing like Igbo domination)
There was nothing like Igbo domination Nigerians back then out of high level ignorance and illiteracy were xenophobic.

If they saw that any outsider was doing well before u know it they turned against them.

We as Igbo's traveled alot plus the colonialists might have favoured the north in politics they knew who had the ability to get things done when it comes to real administration, that was why the north was against independence as their people weren't ready to take over from the Brits yet, while our people were ready.

All the Igbo leaders in Apc are just wasting their time, none of them is credible enough to be president or vice, the highest they would become is just either Senate president or deputy.

Is it Rocha's okorocha that constructed one road over 5times in 8years and rain kept washing it away. That constructed a flyover with billions that motor can't drive over, that constructed a tunnel that he himself can't drive under. Nigerians know all these things, they won't talk yet until he is really a threat.

Or is it Orji uzor kalu that stole his state dry. That even in the north they know him as a scammer, theres this news in the north that years back when Ouk hadn't become a governor he donated a huge some of money in an occasion the size was tremendous, people applauded him, only for them to check it later to take it to the bank and found out it was paper with naira notes ontop.

Who can we present in Igbo land under Apc to represent us?

Ohaneze leadership. They act like bunch of palm wine tappers that makes decisions from palm wine joint.

The ohaneze youth council is the worst, those ones act like a rogue Igbo organization. Ohaneze youth council insulted Igbo leaders and they are still there.

If I was an Igbo leader from the moment they made that declaration that Igbo leaders should be stoned, DSS would pick you up that day u would come and explain what kind of foolish thinking is that.

We igbos need to stop this wealth intimidation lifestyle or extravagance lifestyle, whereby u go to occasions and start spraying money, that lifestyle has pushed a lot of our youths into so much vices that some would never come out from.

U go to a traditional wedding, start spraying money, next thing u see a responsible young man thats focused trying his best would think he is not doing enough, cause he is still struggling next thing u see he meets this people to show him the way, before u know it that focused young man is heading in the wrong direction.

Eastern leaders are very greedy. I was so disappointed at the Enugu road thats less than 2months old thats already collapsing, same thing happened in abia even in IMO state all these people don't have us in mind they only have themselves and their families at heart.

Wike is a hero compared to our eastern leaders. Everytime wike does a project its of high quality.

People would say don't compare rivers state to IMO, cause they receive more, that's the scam they always used until Dave umahi proved them all wrong.

guy Owerri is a mess when it rains..

I rode through ihiagwa nekede Naze, down to wethral and to urata where I visited my aunt at holy family motherless baby home.. the roads are a mess.

While coming back, I followed control obinze road.. guy imo state road is a slum no cap.

All these while of dry season what were they doing?

I even saw the demolished ojukwu tunnel.. many abandoned projects..

The only smooth ride I had was obinze porthacourt road which I know is a federal road..

Try ride around Owerri when it's raining..you I'll confirm these things
What our leaders in IMO from top to bottom even aides know is, when they get money, they use it to go to clubs to owerri to form woke after spraying money that form bosses when its almost finished they use the remainder to hurriedly do projects.

Reason why the north seems to be richer even in scrace resources, e dae hard for u to hear say all those northern Muslim leaders go to clubs to start forming hushpuppi, e dae hard for u to hear say them go church, pastor see them organize Thanksgiving, then u would hear just for them to form boss they would donate 10million of public money.

Only thing that eats northern leaders money is wives and children, so they usually have enough extra money to spare making them even when they steal its not too noticeable cause the spending rate on unnecessary things is very low

The only deal any reasonable eastern leader right now should push for is that, as the warri itakpe Abuja rail line extends up north, they should be an extension of the rail from the agbor area directly to Onitsha the east major commercial hub, this will enable us be able to send our imports from warri port directly to our cities in the SE.

Its also part of the Nigerian railway master plan, cause in the map, the Lagos onitsha rail also leads from agbor to onitsha

OfoIgbo:
I suspect the gas may come from Anambra or Imo.

Kogi is directly to the north of Anambra, and I am suspecting they are hoping that youths in Anambra and Imo don't become as militant as those in the Niger delta.

This will be a huge miscalculation. Not especially when it is now making the rounds in Igboland that government just applied for a huge loan without considering Igboland.

The time bomb that is being set will make the Niger delta militancy a child's play.

Anambra and Imo have the largest gas reserves in Nigeria, by far.

Anambra and Imo have more professionals and human resources to deal with the processing of gas, than all the states in the AKK scam. The gas can be processed in Anambra and Imo, and the final product can be bought by companies up north, if they need them.
Its not coming from everywhere in the Niger Delta. There's a huge underground pipeline under almost all the Niger delta states that only stake holders have knowledge of.

The east as a whole is very backward. The former eastern region is margalized. But to some people in the SS as far as igbos are marginalized they are OK with it.

From bayelsa to cross rivers to Anambra to ebonyi not a single rail line.

Lagos to Ibadan almost done now they are extending it to kano, same old west warri to itakpe almost done and now they are extending it to Abuja all these are in the old western region.

From Bornu in the north east all the way to rivers state in the SS no single rail line is ongoing

It is not fulanis that are powerful. It is the civil war that changed the equation in Nigeria.
Civil war didn't change anything whosoever thats the seating president has a huge role to play in development.

Gej was president for 6 years and couldn't build bridges connecting the islands in bayelsa.

Couldn't even complete east west road.

Look at the pace the north is trying to develop. Imagine train from Lagos to kano.

Now gas pipeline from the Niger delta to the north, already there's an oil pipeline sending crude to Kaduna refinery.

When that $22billiom dollars comes in. The difference between the north and the South will increase so much.

Southern leaders are just a bunch of disgrace, with all the oil and gas on the SS/SE we cant increase the standards of living of our people.

In my life I never knew their were dams in Nigeria until I went to the north, they are harnessing everything in their region for their benefits, northerners enjoy better electricity than we do, now they want to do this project. It would change the entire ball game.

Not to talk if when the 22billion dollars loan comes in.

North is developing leaving the South behind.

Tomorrow if a southern leader comes in to correct this inequality the north would accuse him of marginalizing them, and a southern group will fall for the trick
