Well said, but there are a few problems.
1. If it is only an algorithm that controls the market why do rugpulls exist in crypto market. Whales are the ones who causes rugpull.

When Elon used to tweet and the market would pump, was the algo moving price there or people.

2. What controls the price of commodities like oil and grain. If there is a fire that burns 100km2 of tea farm in congo will the algorithm price It in and move the market down. Or will supply and demand move price.

3. Does the algo also control companies stock. If no, how then does it control Dow or S&P, when these are culmination of many companies stock.
