Bolivia is a southern America country sharing boundary with Brazil....I am not sure if it happens to be a visa on arrival for Nigerians. All South America countries requires visa for Nigeria holder passport. Try and get your fact right before paying for ticket.

Pls, I would like to know the exact cost for Police Character certificate as at this month because it seems everything is really changing on a daily basis in this useless country of ours.

Also can the Police Character Cert can be gotten from any Police station or can only be done at the state headquarters or force headquarters?

My visa was not approved by the Brazilian embassy and when I tried to know the reason why my visa was refused and I was told my statement of account is the issue.

My question is can I apply immediately or I will have to wait for three months before I could apply again? Some people said I have to wait for 3 months because my application still fresh on their system

It can only be done online....no body would attend to you aside from the security. You won't be permitted entry. Everything is online. You are to go with your printed proof of payment fee with the two printed forms with 2passport white backgrounds attached to them. The3month'shs bank statement
