Weapons need constant repair and renewal.. The Nigerian army went to sierra leone and Liberia and restored peace.

There is a fundamental problem with our military and I do not believe GEJ can fix it.

Boko haram insurgency is centered in an area bordering about 4 countries. There is no way Nigeria can defeat them without the help of those countries.
