Good to no that intelligent and constructive people are still on this forum, well done sir. MaxInDHouse: Anyhow a man chose to spend his money is no man's business, the only clause in this case is the religious title ascribed to the philanthropist, a layman will conclude that this man is doing this for Jesus but he's just trying to create false impression which has nothing to do with Jesus of Nazareth.
First of all the money he used in doing this can't be his PERSONAL money rather it's what he has defrauded his gullible followers to contribute in the name of tithes and offerings for God. So if you now call such his money are you saying the fact?
Secondly tithes collected in ancient times are used to pay the workers in the temple who will also pay tithes which will be given to widows, orphans and homeless travelers in Israel while the offerings is to buy the things used in the temple like salt, incense, candles and the rest. So no priests has the right to touch God's money and start spending it to gain favour from men.
Lastly Jesus never create the impression of giving people what they don't deserve. Some may liken this to the feeding of thousands Jesus did back then but it totally differ. HOW? Jesus never invited people for free food rather it was because they came to listen to his teachings and they couldn't get food anywhere around the villages that could be enough for the crowd that Jesus decided to feed them in a miraculous way {Luke 9:10-17} afterwards they began looking for such free food again but Jesus turned them down making them know that he's not a philanthropist! John 6:25-27 |

He sudden change may be related to what she have seen inside marriage as compared to when you were still dating, You no challenges comes along with marriage and you may think you have much now but when children starts coming in expenses tends to skyrocket and the much you can save now might be your saving grace, opting to bring dependants in is another huge move at an early stage of marriage. My advice- she have her own perception which you most respect as they are not out of place, if you most give, she must not no, you can pay fees for people without bringing them into your home, don't and never take her refuser as been wicked or a sign that she have changed. |

To early to start thinking of divorce now just after 3 months, it shows he is better than you, your first mission should be helping him to change and changing his orientation about money and saving, nobody is complete in marriage we just need to ajust and readjust to suit each other. Divorce should not and never be on the table when matters like this pop up,start learning to accommodate, encourage and work on your man to be what you want him to be.... Ask you Mama even your papa never still complete till today. loosingfaith519: I recently discovered my husband has an addiction and I can't stay married to him. As soon as money enters his hand, he starts funding some online app and start gambling. We got married last year Nov. We have needs and plans we agreed to achieve before the end of March. Which a better accommodation is one of our first goal. Our present accommodation is not ok at all. On my own part, I'm saving to meet up with our Target, but I discovered, he has nothing. He collected contributions last month, over 200k. All that money wasted. He can't account for it. January salary has entered, he has started wasting it again.
I'm expecting him to provide 300k at the end of this month. So, that when I sum it with mine, we can have over 600k. Get a decent accommodation and invest the rest. We need to plan, save for our baby, but his attitude with money is not encouraging me. The truth is, my husband is stressing me for lack of accountability.
Pls, how do I go about a peaceful divorce? I'm confused, because I'm pregnant.
All the things I'm seeing him do, suffocate me. What do I do? Pls, advise me. |
