So, I am a prospective corps member. Towards the end 2021, I started checking our resources for frontend web development and I've been trying to learn the skills needed and without a laptop.

The question I want to ask is that, is it possible to get an IT company that would be willing to train a beginner? Another question is that, is it possible to find a company for my PPA (even if it's for free) so that I would get to learn frontend skills during my service year?

I will advice you dont make career choices based on renumeration but concentrate on who you are and interests you most. You need a mentor to help you discover this so you can enjoy your chosen career path and make the journey easier.

As interesting as python learning could be, it could be difficult and time consuming for beginners to study alone. I will advice you join groups and work with experts or mentors or even facilitators you can reach out to when faced with challenges.
