chocboi78: what is this retard saying?? Ure exhibiting ignorance and stupidity with 100% confidence...smh I asked a simple question. You are Nigerian and likely have never stepped out of the country. If Nigeria is a shithole it is especially because of people like you. Totally ignorant and unpatriotic to boot. Your parents live here in Nigeria, in essence you are the quintessential shithole dweller. |

Ryocaj: The incompetent Health minister displayed his stupidity n senseless Wen he said d reason d Italian man was not detected at d Murtala Mohammed Airport was because he was still at d initial stage n hadn't displayed any symptoms.. The fools knew he was coming from Italy.. a country that has seen it's infection rate skyrocket in 1week.. n they didn't seem it fit 2 quarantine him for d time being.. I mean Ighalo was quarantined for 14days coz he was coming from China.. When they keep putting politicians in offices instead of qualified ppl.. So if you travel anywhere now you should be quarantined since Nigeria has it as well. |

kingkakaone: It is not surprising to me that most Nigerians are educated illiterates. The comments here daily is a testament to that fact. A lady made a statement which is not in any way connected to the US CDC or health ministry, a blogger took it and twisted it to represent the nation (USA), the so-called youths of Nigeria who are expected to read and comprehend never did, instead, they exposed the Nigerian learning system as a shame. This is why the nation is still struggling today, half baked thinkers.
The US health ministry would never make such statement openly, no country has ever done that since the outbreak of this disease, it's always a means to avoid a panic-stricken populace who may end up doing things worse than the disease itself. These are the same set of Nigerians that want to work in 'Oyel' companies. |

Nelson Mandela got all his medical treatments in SA; and died in SA hospital... GMB lives in London because of his health problems. How many of our politrickians use Naija hospitals? Kylekent59: If this news is true, then it is done.
I can remember the movie titanic, when the water was closing on the guitarists, one of them said to the others,"it has been a pleasure knowing you all"
That was the end. Their skills ended, everything they know, and their instruments.
Let us now see how the fittest survive.
President, governors, senators, lawmakers, judges, lawyers, ministers, the forces, house of reps, local gov'ts chairmen, citizens of Nigeria.
If only the travel ban had been signed and action taken, there wouldn't have been any case.
All thanks to that senator that was against the ban. Hope he has now seen how incompetence can be.
Get a face mask, gloves and stay healthy. Don't panic, even in Wuhan, there are still many people without the disease. All this grammar for someone in Italy?

BigIyanga: So Senate President is unpatriotic? As we’re talking, flights and connected flights from China mainland are still allowed in Naija airports.. How crazy is this? Since it’s evasive during incubation period , isnt the more reason why FG should suspend all flights from China and build a holding facility for montioring returnees for 14-21 days? Lagos Deputy Gov confirmed on TV this morning that quarantine facility where this Italian man is treated has only 100 beds, so if all the people on that same flight were to be quarantined, they’d be out of beds. Folks like you hide under the cloak of patriotism to adulate incompetence and cronyism... but we know what an effective method of preparation is.. We have been and seen other countries do it... Flight from China landed in SA today for example. I guess they dont know what they are doing there too.

Auxtin85: Lol you don smoke weed, my brother make we pray for our country oo Hahahaha. We would pray that many Nigerians do not run their country down simply because they don't like the leadership. We have a single case of the Coronavirus and for a nation our size with the number of travelers, that's not too huge. No country can prevent such an incident but we can mitigate the potential disaster. As far as the various checks in other nations, we aren't behind. I travel a lot to know where we lag. Not even your ministers want to die. |

Access Bank may have plans to do away with all Diamond bank ATM card and automatically debiting customers for new card.
