Politics › Re: Plateau: Appeal Court sacks Gov Mutfwang (PDP), affirms Nentawe (APC) by commoditiesnig(m): 5:07pm On Nov 19, 2023 |
FreeStuffsNG: It has nothing to do with INEC. It's the parties. The electoral law doesn't give INEC the power not to publish the names submitted. If INEC insists to stop these candidates, they and their parties will go to court and attempt to scuttle the process so INEC will rather let the courts deal with them. Check my signature for free stuffs! Good explanation.. parties really need to tidy their internal issues First NNPP now PDP... it's really unfortunate |
Politics › Re: Kano Appeal Court Verdict: NNPP Heads To Supreme Court by commoditiesnig(m): 4:52pm On Nov 19, 2023 |
RALPHOW: Effortless Effort!! The governor of demolition must go down in the history of Kano.
Never built a single structure but demolished 100 houses in less than three months.
Never built a round about, but demolished a beautiful round about, with excuses that it has Cross in the middle. The Cross will definitely chase you out of the government house.
Useless hypocrite governor, if people like him have chance, he demolish all Churches in Kano State. 100! But that's so much. Why did he have to do that? |

Politics › Re: Kano Governor, Kabir Yusuf Sued His Party, NNPP Over Primary Elections by commoditiesnig(m): 4:30pm On Nov 18, 2023 |
BabangidaHamza: If you are from Kano and have knowledge on Kano politics, Kwankwaso should be solely blamed for Abba K Yusuf's failure in the courts. Kwankwaso is a type of person that doesn't believe in internal democracy he appoints/ selects whom he wants as the flag bearer of a party. He doesn't believe in anything that has to do with due process concerning party affairs. He is a fully blown authoritarian. That was one of the reasons they had problem with Ganduje because kwankwaso always want to be the superior not a subordinate. Kwankwaso is one of the politician I know that conducts primary elections his private residence instead of the Party's Headquarters It's much clearer now |
Politics › Re: Kano Governor, Kabir Yusuf Sued His Party, NNPP Over Primary Elections by commoditiesnig(m): 8:10am On Nov 18, 2023 |
ejimatic: The party reserves the right to use anybody as its flagbearer but there must be the conduct of the primary. In the case of Kano ,no conduct of primary at all. That is a blur on NNPP case. Well said |

Politics › Re: Osun: Court Bars Adeleke From Sacking Osun State Chief Judge by commoditiesnig(m): 8:44pm On Nov 16, 2023 |
Jorussia: I don't know why governors don't learn from history. Governors and house of assembly cannot remove a chief judge of a state. The chief judge is only answerable to the NJC. NJC will never allow a chief judge to be removed by state governors,no matter how corrupt the cjn is. Hmm I see. |
