mannobi: To be candid, Sanwo-Olu tried with that reduction. And many people do not see it as a big deal. Just imagine i journeyed from abule egba to ikorodu on BRT with less than #500 a trip that cost me #1700 on the yellow busses. Kudos to Lagos state government. This is the real palliative that gets to people not those nonsense rice being shared. True that! |

SoNature: You don't owe those agbadorians any explanations. The approach Tinubu is taking to stabilise the naira is not sustainable.
You cannot continue to borrow to strengthen your currency. You must find legitimate means of making Nigeria's economy attract foreign currency or reduce our overdependence on it. I think these are short-term urgent measures the FG is doing which is commendable. As time goes on those more "legitimate means" you speak of will start kicking in.. especially the refineries production/export and more importantly Solid minerals export! |

citygarden: I don't know why some people hate their country like this? But they love others country as long as their country is not progressing. If dollar rate is over 2k all social media, news outlets, even the price will reflect on ordinary pure water but when good news like this is coming they will keep mute, you wont even notice it in the economy, that is why I always says Nigerian are the enemy of our self not the government. If 90%/people blaming the government are given the opportunity today, they would be worse than this government. Well said... So many unpatriotic folks |

Roboto11: It is common practice in Nigeria of today, for facts to be mis-characterised.
Anarchists, blogs, press who benefit from controversy and pull-him-down, deliberately go into distortion of truth and paint a gloomy untruthful picture when an individual or group they oppose make a statement. I tell you bro.. very unfortunate |

So it's only imo state that has issues with workers? [/b]No other state for their stupid protest?
They should arrest him and put him in jail Exactly my thoughts as well. Why NLC protest just few days to gubernatorial election?.. the Optics aren't good at all. |
