Lol 😂 the minister need to “slow down” true true..

Of a truth, Power has improved considerably in my area in Lagos for months now, just like 2yrs back… I sometimes turn off my freezer, all the items stiff blocked!

And considering the way Nigerian politicians behave with loans it will look like a bad thing because they will not use the loans for what it's for over or over budget the loan so they can steal and the state bears the debt.

Sir I never stated that Obi said “borrowing is a bad thing”.. I said he is making it look as if it’s a bad thing.. Obiano was also mentioned, but have you heard any rebuttal from him? No.

Cos Governments know that public debts is almost a norm in successive admins.

As you stated the only issue is if the purpose of debt was used for public benefit or simply wasted.

My Grouse is these POLITICIANS TRY TO CLAIM SAINTS… Sir, No Politician is a SAINT okay.

Has Obi ever said public debt is a bad thing, you try to twist things just to suit your narrative. He has said borrowing is not a bad thing as long as it's used for the benefit of the people but people like you will be blind to the fact that most Nigerian politicians will borrow siphoned most of the money and leave the state in debt.

Obi's lifestyle tells us he is not one of them, for someone who was a gov and doesn't take pension or gratuity from the state says a lot about the person. Can your gov claim the same especially when they are the ones that review whatever they get when the leave office.

I dislike how Obi tries to always play saint in everything. This is someone who publicly admitted to Health workers strike for months and not allowing Local Government elections.

To some extent, a Governor controls the economy of his state, since states have economic indices like inflation, unemployment, poverty rates, GDP, etc
Lagos’ poverty rate is understandable, due to massive daily influx of people from other states, which puts a lot of pressure on the available jobs and facilities.
