Yes you can. Took mine at 4 months too cos I didn't follow it orderly in my first pregnancy so I started all over. So, with my present preggy, I started at 4 months.

Goode evening all. Pls does anyone have any idea what this is. It suddenly appeared on my 3year old legs in several spots and it itches her seriously especially at night. You don't need to be worried since they say it's pregnancy induced my sis na de sacrifice we all have to pay for our lo. You need to see how dark and scaly with zebra marks my once fine breast are now as if I change cream to charcoal I felt like crying watching myself in the mirror I keep wondering will it remain like that after childbirth

everything will come back to normal after delivery, might not be immediate though.

Yours should be carpal tunnel, massage with ointment and support with bandage when going to bed. the night pain is always the worse.
