Do you know there are many ways you can enter into the booming LPG Cooking gas business.

1. Retailing
2. Refilling Plant
3. Logistics

I want to talk more on the 3rd point. You can join in buying being an owner of a gas truck of any size.

You make money thru hiring. And this is a very great aspect as at now. Because a lot of mini plant owners require constant supply. We have very little readily available trucks.

The most developed country in the list did not use crude oil to develop. But in Nigeria where there is abundant natural resources crude oil is our main focus over the years in such a way that it has blindfolded our eyes. Anybody you see shouting "VOTE FOR ME" in Nigeria his aim is to come and enjoy oil money. Whenever you hear "ONE NIGERIA" the reason is oil money. Whenever you hear:- "THE UNITY OF THIS COUNTRY IS NOT NEGOTIABLE " it is just because of oil money. This demon called crude oil has made us not to face the reality. It is a pity that even the landlocked Botswana is ahead of us.
yet some ignorant morons will come here to mock the south east that its landlocked, forgotten that one been landlocked is not a certificate for under development... some say that aboki no allow us developed...yes but they still through there wright behind the same aboki whenever they insist on political power, committing of attrocites, and showing hegemony... no one talks out of cowardice..but the entire nation will rally round and condeme the Igbo man for any little mistake made by one its own.Until we do way with sentiments we will continue in these sorry state till the end of time..

PoliticsRe: Exposed The Igboid Mafia To Rule Rivers State For 56 Years by conehead2018: 1:47pm On May 07, 2018
amabipi:
There is a political cabal ravaging Rivers State – the Igboid Mafia.

The Igboid Mafia of Rivers State is widely believed to have emanated from a political dynasty traceable to former Governor Peter Odili. The sole purpose of the Mafia is to ensure that only the Igbo-speaking ethnic groups in Rivers State control political and economic power. This should however exclude the bilingual (Ibo-speaking) Ijaw people of Bonny, Opobo and parts of Okrika.

Membership of the Igboid Mafia are mostly politicians from Ikwerre, Etche, Ndoni, Ogba and Ndoki areas of Rivers State with some Ijoid and Ogoni cronies. These politicians masquerade and camouflage as persons representing the interest of their respective ethnic groups whereas their pursuit is purely personal and selfish. They do not have the mandate of their people to act as they do.
The father figure of the Igboid Mafia is said to be former Governor Peter Odili, a medical doctor turned politician from Ndoni town whose election in 1999 sowed the seed that became the Igboid political Cabal. His election was innocently spearheaded by prominent Ijoid (Rivers Ijaw) leaders.

Many reasons have been proffered for the emergence of the Igboid Mafia. Some say that Odili created it to protect his government against attacks from the dominant Ijoid group at the time. Others say that it was a product of Odili’s sad experiences during the Nigerian Civil War. Whatever the reason was, the Igboid Mafia has come to stay as the dominant factor in Rivers politics.

To make room for the nascent Igboid Mafia, the hitherto dominant Ijoid political structure was forcefully dismantled. The political fortunes of prominent Rivers Ijaw leaders like Alabo T.O. Graham-Douglas and Dr. Ombo Isokrari suffered drastic reversal and Dr. Marshall Harry and Chief A.K. Dikibo were murdered in very mysterious circumstances.
The Igboid mafia is said to have eminent Ikwerre persons that include the incumbent Governor Nyesom Wike, former Governor Omehia, former Deputy Speaker of the House of Reps, Hon. Austin Okpara, O.C.J. Okocha SAN and a veteran politician, Chief Sergeant Awuse.

Prince Emma Anyanwu and Hon. Desmond Akawor are said to be converts from Etche and Ndoki respectively while Bro Felix Obuah and one Shederack Akalokwu are believed to be the arrowheads from Ogba/Egbema axis.

The Igboid Mafia is alleged to include some Rivers Ijaw opportunists like Dame Patience Jonathan (said to be Igbo by birth), Chief Feddy Alabraba, Prince Uche Secondus, Senator George Sekibo and Dr. Abiye Sekibo. There are also a handful of Ogoni cronies said to be led by the serving Secretary to the State Government, Kenneth Kobani.

Members of the cabal are driven by the sole desire to control the coffers of Rivers State and are united by the selfish aspiration to share political and economic power among themselves.

The Rivers Ijaw and Ogoni elements in the Mafia further conceal the real mission of the cabal, which is to enforce Igboid rule over Rivers State for 60 years in total exclusion of the Ijoid and the Ogoni nations.

Political Exploits of the Igboid Mafia

On inception in 1999, the budding Igboid Mafia confiscated the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and sidelined the founding members of the party in Rivers State, including BOT members.
Former Governor Rufus Ada-George was chased into exile, Alabo T.O. Graham-Douglas sacked as Federal Minister, Marshall Harry and A.K. Dikibo are killed. The Mafia rendered the Rivers State House of Assembly ineffective and manipulated the appointment of the Chief Judge of the State. The Swift Operations Squad (SOS) of the Nigerian Police was used to coordinate militants against perceived political opponents.

The act of unleashing violence on opponents was the trademark of the cabal which increased or reduced in intensity depending on the level of desperation of the leadership. The cabal appointed well-known cult leaders as members of the State Executive Council and made them leaders of the party in their respective local government areas. The leadership of the Mafia grabbed and manipulated local government administration and nominated stooges into the state electoral body and into INEC as Resident Electoral Commissioners.

The dislodging of the political order that existed before 1999, required that the new power bloc was installed by force of violence and Rivers State has known no peace thence. Cultists and cult leaders emerged as candidates to local government councils and to State and National Assemblies.
Since 2003, the Igboid Mafia has never depended on actual votes to win elections; they seize the electoral process by force. However, in order to psychologically intimidate the Ijoid and the Ogoni groups, the Igboid Mafia has ensured massive falsification of population and voters registration figures in their domains – figures that can’t stand the test of one-man-one-vote.

The Igboid Mafia and its allies have emasculated Rivers people who watched helplessly as the cabal handpicked and installed their cronies into elective offices. This act of impunity was always backed by the presidency and enforced by state security agencies, cultists and militants.

In the midst of these devious political exploits by the Igboid Mafia, many Rivers people suffer impoverishment and dehumanization. Many people are killed and several communities are destroyed in orchestrated communal crises. The sanctity of the traditional institution is desecrated and societal values are upturned as the cabal ensures that the political and economic fortunes of genuine leaders are reversed by force. The Igboid Mafia of Rivers State has come to stay and it reigns supreme.
Nyesom Wike outsmarts the Mafia
The Igboid Mafia was originally designed to monopolize political power in trust for the Igbo-speaking areas of Ndoni, Ikwerre, Ndoki, Etche, Omuma, Ogba, Egbema and Ekpeye. Accordingly, Odili was said to have insisted on Ikwerre candidates to succeed him in 2007 against stiff opposition from the Rivers Ijaw leadership. The hidden plan of the Mafia was that after Ikwerre, the governorship would move to Ndoki with Desmond Akawor waiting in the wings. But amidst the confusion that attended the Rotimi Amaechi’s internal revolt against the Mafia, Nyesom Wike outsmarted the rest of the cabal.

Leading the Ikwerre wing of the Mafia, Nyesom Wike formulated the doctrine of Ikwerre North, Ikwerre South, Ikwerre West and Ikwerre East. His group insisted that Ikwerre alone has 1.1 million of the 2.5 million Rivers votes and can retain the governorship in perpetuity if they chose.

Many had thought that Wike was merely joking at the time, but the events of 2015 elections have further enshrined this perception. Currently, there are rumours that Hon. Austin Okpara or Emeka Woke has been earmarked to succeed Nyesom Wike in 2023.
The Ikwerre scheme to rule Rivers State for 24 years include:
· The re-drawing of the demography/political map.
· Domination by the Igboid group over the Ijoid and Ogoni.
· The economic empowerment of Ikwerre.
· Spending the entire state budget on Ikwerre land (PH & Obio/Akpor).
· Using renegade Ijaws, especially discredited politicians and militants from Kalabari and Okrika to execute Ikwerre agenda.
Non-Ikwerre members of the Mafia have maintained that it is sheer travesty for Ikwerre members of the cabal to change the rule and sit tight. They are reminding their Ikwerre colleagues to look back and remember the sorry state of Ikwerre before Odili rescued them in 2007. Until then, no Ikwerre man smelt the Government house; not because Ikwerre had no qualified candidates but because of the type of hegemonic politics now being emulated and adopted by the Ikwerre faction in the Mafia.
Other members of cabal are grumbling that Ikwerre that was pulled out overnight from the ashes of nothingness and made the lords of the Rivers State Government House are forgetting that Ikwerre governors did not emerge through a free-for-all contest. They argue that Wike must not seek a second term in office as his was a child of circumstance that has since lapsed.
Rotimi Amaechi: the righteous rebel
One ex-beneficiary of the activities of the Igboid Mafia was former Governor Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi who was singlehandedly anointed governor by Odili in 2007 but who had since parted ways with the cabal.

Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi had disagreed with the fundamental objectives of the cabal and declared that for equity and fairness to reign, power must rotate among the ethnic groups in Rivers State – a position that negates the goals of the Mafia.

During the 2015 governorship campaigns, Amaechi argued that the contest should be open to every ethnic group in the state other than Ikwerre. He cautioned that if an Ikwerre man is allowed to succeeds him in office after he (Amaechi) had served for eight years, then other ethnic groups will never again get a chance to be governor.
Amaechi warned that if Wike was allowed to be governor in 2015, it will encourage other selfish Ikwerre politicians to think that “only Ikwerre people can come together and elect themselves as governors” He called on all Ikwerre patriots to rise against Wike and vote for a candidate from another ethnic group.
To the rest of Rivers people, Amaechi said “If you people allow him (Wike) to succeed, then forget your children, they will never be governors again because all it will take is when he finishes, another Ikwerre man will tell Ikwerre people: ‘I’m your son’ and Ikwerre will support him”.
“We must show justice and ensure that political power is equitably distributed. Even if you are an ethnic group of 20,000 persons, you have a right to the governorship of the state” Amaechi said.

PRESS RELEASE

RE: APC WARD CONGRESS IN IMO

This is to inform the general public that the materials especially the result sheets for the conduct of the APC Ward Congresses in the State have not been found upto this moment.

The argument over who is in custody of the materials have been between the man originally posted to the State for the conduct of the Congresses Chief Ini Okorie and the organizing Secretary of the Party, Chief Osita Izunaso.

While Izunaso said he handed over the materials to Chief Okorie, the man himself said Chief Izunaso didn’t give him the materials.

And this evening when the Police took Chief Okorie to the residence of Senator Izunaso to resolve the issue of who among them has the materials, the man disappeared in Izunaso’s house.

The governor has been appealing to the members of the Party in the State to remain calm and avoid actions that could lead to fracas or loss of lives. He said he would not like any Imo man or woman to lose his or her life because of Politics during his administration. He assured that the proper action will be taken.

PoliticsRe: MURIC Warns Nigeria's Christians: Don't Fall For Trump's Bait To Divide Nigeria by conehead2018: 10:24am On May 01, 2018
LordVarys:
The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has criticised US President Donald Trump’s comments on the killing of Christians in Nigeria.

During a joint press conference with President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday, Trump said the US will not accept the attacks on Christian communities in Nigeria.

Reacting to the US president’s position, MURIC urged Nigerian Christians to “not allow themselves to be deceived by Trump”.

The Muslim group said Trump misfired by making the statement and alleged that he “is only using religion to turn Nigeria into another Iraq”.

MURIC warned Nigerian Christians against “swallowing Trump’s bait”, else the West African sub-region will “be shaken to its foundation”.

In a statement on Tuesday, Ishaq Akintola, director, MURIC, said Trump’s statement “is prejudiced, parochial and unpresidential”.

Akintola said Trump, by virtue of the comment, “is luring Nigerian Christians into bolder confrontation” with Muslims.

“It is sheer interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign nation. Trump has a bully’s instinct,” the statement read in part.

“If this is the same Trump who called African countries ‘shithole’, the same American president who threatened to wipe out North Korea, the same US leader who banned Muslims from entering his country, the same Republican who said, “Torture works, ok folks?”, Nigerians must be wary of America’s involvement in their affairs.

“We should remember that Nigeria did not get the required support from the moderate and cool-headed Barrack Obama in its war against terrorism. We should therefore not expect any from Trump who treats vulnerable nations with contempt and has no respect for African countries. Unless Nigerians unite, this country will become America’s ‘shithole’.

“Trump’s comment on killings in Nigeria implies that he would prefer that it is Muslims alone who are being killed. We refuse to believe that a whole American president does not know the true situation on ground in this country. He who knows but pretends not to know has his own secret agenda. Nigerian Muslims are not intimidated by Trump’s comment. We only sympathise with those who will be gullible enough to become Trump’s ‘suckers’. Posterity will judge us.

“Nigerian Christians should not allow themselves to be deceived by Trump’s comment. The advanced countries of today will not compromise the secret of their technological advancement. Western countries will not teach us what will benefit our people. They will only teach us what will divide us in order to further render us debilitated, impoverished and helpless.

“Nay, they will give us fish but refuse to teach us how to fish. They will scatter us like wild oats and then give us weapons to kill ourselves. Then, under the guise of rendering humanitarian services, they will take over our land, our oil, our rich culture and force homosexualism and lesbianism down our throats but at that time, it will be too late to resist. Mark our words.

“Trump is only using religion to turn Nigeria into another Iraq. Just as former US President Bush used Sunni-Shiite dichotomy to destroy Iraq just to lay his hands on Iraq’s oil field, Trump is also eyeing Nigeria’s oil. His plan is to use Christian-Muslim divide to set Nigeria ablaze. But Nigerians should remember that decades after the invasion of Iraq, that country is yet to experience stability. Years after the killing of Ghadaffi, Libya is yet to find its feet. The guns are still booming in Syria and the world holds its breadth each time North Korea sneezes.

“It is our contention that Trump is luring Nigerian Christians into bolder confrontation with their Muslim neighbours. We warn that the West African sub-region will be shaken to its foundation if Nigerian Christians swallow Trump’s bait. The extension to Nigeria of America’s crusade which brought ruins to Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Libya and Sudan will have dire consequences on the whole African continent.

MURIC urged the federal government not to rely on US support to tackle the security challenges in Nigeria and also warned against a military alliance with the US

Jesu! are this people for teal? That means the Muslims are happy with what is happening to our Christian brothers up north. That means there is a calculated plan to decker war on Nigerian Christians and reactions like this has just confirmed our fears
The soon called muric and m.s.s.n have never for one day condemned the killing going on in the middle belt, they have never cindemed the atrocities of boko haram strongly, but strongly found there voice when trump who is not obviously blind and hypocritical as they are condemned there hidden agenda against Nigerian Christians they suddenly bargain to glut like a malnourished goat.
Its high time we come together as one and deal with this enemy before its too late... Igbo's forget about the pre and post civil war sins the middle belt committed against you and mend fences,Niger delta close ranks with you immediate brothers in the east, the west come to terms with your like minded and peaceful neighbour the east...lets walk

PoliticsRe: "Trump Wants To Divide Nigeria" - MSSN by conehead2018: 4:36am On May 01, 2018
Okoroawusa:
The Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria
(MSSN) has faulted the United States
President Donald Trump’s offer on killings in
Nigeria, saying such an offer would further
divide Nigeria.

The Amir (President) of the MSSN in Lagos
State, Saheed Ashafa, said this in a press
statement to react to the discussions
between President Muhammadu Buhari and
Mr Trump during the Nigerian president’s
official visit to the U.S. on Monday.

During the visit, Mr Trump specifically read
what could be described as a riot act to the
Nigerian government, saying the “killing of
Christians in Nigeria was unacceptable” to
the American government.
But Mr Ashafa considered Mr Trump’s
comment as one-sided and
uncomplimentary, warning that Nigeria must
be cautious of her relationship with the U.S.

The Muslim students’ leader alleged that Mr
Trump’s comment signalled his hatred for
Muslims and Islam in Nigeria.
He said, “Trump’s offer shows that he is
myopic and uncivilised. The pronouncement
to help fight killings of Christians in a nation
where innocent souls are wasted without
recourse to their affiliations is a call to
separatism.
“One would wonder if Trump is not aware or
deliberately ignored the murder of several
Muslims in a mosque at the University of
Maiduguri, or those killed in mosques in
Yobe and Zamfara; and many other parts of
the country.
“We should know that the offer is a
reflection of Trump’s hatred for Islam and
Muslims. Such offer at this point in time is
divisive, ‘unafrican’ and insincere.”
Mr Ashafa urged world leaders to ignore
insinuations that Muslims are not against
terrorism, adding that it would be more
beneficial to tackle insurgency with utmost
neutrality.

While commending the calmness of
President Buhari during the news conference
with President Trump aired on CNN, Mr
Ashafa urged him (President Buhari) to avoid
negative influence in the fight against
terrorism and corruption.
He added, “Let me reiterate that as Muslims
we condemn and reject all forms of
terrorism, insurgency and oppression in
whatever name being perpetrated.
“We should also remember that in Nigeria,
most families are composed of Christians
and Muslims alike, just as we also have
other faithful.
“Trump’s call for separatism when the world
is advocating for collectivism is not a
healthy offer.”

The prospective meeting of the Nigerian President and US president is making a lot of waves and fingers are crossed as the world eagerly awaits the outcome of this august meeting.

But what is the implication of this meeting?

International affairs experts say Mr Buhari’s U.S. visit is strategic from many angles.

First of all, Buhari is the first democratically-elected African President that would be hosted by Mr Trump since his inauguration.
This meeting will not only reaffirm Nigeria’s strategic position in Africa but will also enhance the advancement of shared priorities, such as promoting economic growth, fighting terrorism and other threats to peace and security.

Also ahead of the visit, scheduled meetings between senior Nigerian government officials and executives of major U.S. companies in the areas of agriculture, aviation and transportation have been arranged.

The presidency said the Nigerian officials would be meeting with Boeing, the largest aircraft manufacturer in the world, on the National Carrier Project.

On agriculture, the Nigerian delegation will also meet with large equipment manufacturers with focus on harvesting and post harvesting equipment.

In the area of transportation, the officials will meet with the GE-led consortium for the implementation of the interim phase of the narrow gauge rail concession.

A substantive concession agreement will be negotiated and finalized, to provide the consortium the opportunity to invest an estimated two billion dollars, to modernize the rail line from Lagos to Kano and from Port Harcourt to Maiduguri.

In addition, the concession framework and the interim phase framework agreements are expected to be signed during the visit.

This will mean Nigeria will be boosted to participate fully in global economic activities and Nigeria will become an investment magnet, given its vast natural resource and manpower.

However this can only happen if whatever knowledge is acquired is fully executed in Nigeria.
